Booked flowers for my Mom's 92 and birthday a week in advance. By lunchtime no delivery. Contact their help desk and suddenly get notification out for delivery. Wait the whole day. 16:30 no delivery. Contact help desk asking for refund. Say they will connect me to someone and immediately get help desk closed message, try again tomorrow!! Avoid st all costs.

Simple process with confirmed results

I was unfortunately quite disappointed with the flowers I received yesterday. 🌹 While the arrangement itself is beautiful, the roses were already not fresh when they arrived, and some were starting to look wilted.

For the price paid, I expected the flowers to be fresh and in much better condition upon delivery. These were meant to be a special birthday gift, so it was disappointing to receive them like this.

I hope the florist will take this feedback seriously and look into the quality of the flowers being delivered.

The flowers that was supposed ro be a surprise for me arrived already dying,R1900,00 gone for flowers that can cost R250 at checkers and still fresh,Netflorist is a scam

It's was good that they were able to deliver the same day and she managed to get the flowers despite her busy schedule.

I ordered a bouquet of roses for a dear friend. What I selected and paid R1000 was a far cry from what was delivered. I have made every attempt via phoning, email, WhatsApp etc but Netflorist make it impossible to get hold of. Really sneaky business practice. DO NOT USE NETFLORIST

The flowers were delivered in a state that is not looking like fresh flowers. Delivery was yesterday and already they look like they are about to die. I did not get updates of when the delivery is leaving and about to be delivered, the contact was that the delivery guy has arrived.

The order was delivered on time. The flowers were fresh and looked exceptional.

I’ve used NetFlorist many times before, so I was genuinely disappointed with both the flowers I received and the way my complaint was handled.

The flowers delivered on 5 August were visibly burnt and withered, including the blooms and the green leaves. I sent photographs the following day, and NetFlorist acknowledged that the flowers were not up to their usual standard.

I was assured that the matter would be investigated urgently and that I would receive feedback and a personal phone call to discuss a resolution. Unfortunately, neither happened. I followed up on 7 August and escalated the matter again on 12 August, but both emails were ignored.

I wasn’t asking for special treatment—just a replacement or refund for flowers that NetFlorist had already admitted were below standard. Receiving poor-quality flowers was disappointing enough, but being ignored after raising a legitimate complaint made the experience much worse.

As of 13 August, the matter remains unresolved. After this experience, I cannot recommend NetFlorist.

Dont deliver on time phone and say they on there way to deliver then dont show up
