⭐ 1 STAR – VERY UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

I had a very disappointing experience with Nest Auto Transport.

I accepted a vehicle transport order from this broker for $550, and my carrier confirmation clearly showed the agreed rate of $550.

When I contacted the broker to get the customer’s information, they gave me a phone number for someone who never answered my calls. That person later sent me a text telling me that my driver could pick up the vehicle at any time.

When my driver arrived at the pickup location, that person then gave him another phone number for the person who actually had the vehicle.

When I contacted that person, she explained that she was the vehicle owner and had been quoted $450 CASH for the entire transport, to be paid upon delivery.

This was completely different from the $550 rate shown on our official confirmation from the broker. I explained the situation and showed the owner our confirmation showing the $550 rate. She understandably canceled the transport because she had been given different pricing information.

The biggest problem was how Nest Auto Transport handled the situation. After I contacted them and explained everything that had happened, they did not take responsibility or offer any solution. Instead, they simply canceled the order and left us with the wasted time and expense of sending a driver to the pickup location.

A professional broker should make sure that the customer and carrier receive the same information regarding the agreed price and transportation terms. Giving the carrier one price while apparently giving the customer a different price creates unnecessary problems for everyone involved.

I would NOT recommend working with Nest Auto Transport. My experience was extremely unprofessional, and I would strongly recommend that carriers verify the customer’s quoted price directly before accepting a load from this company.

Very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process

I needed a quote for my vehicle to take it from California to Arizona and Jennifer reached out to me and has been working with me . She has been nothing but patient and helpful. I haven’t decided yet on when I will be sending my car, and Jennifer has not made me feel like an afterthought because of that she has kept in touch and I will for sure use her when I decide to send my car to Arizona.

I had a great experience with the car shipping service. Edward was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and made sure my vehicle shipment went smoothly. The communication and customer service were excellent, and I really appreciated his honesty and dedication. I would definitely recommend Edward to anyone looking for a reliable car shipping agent!

Recently, I got a call from Nest who were able to fix a problem I had with them in the past. Apparently they are under new management and the new management was able to fix some past issues I had with this company. Cheers to new management!!

First, when receiving initial quote it was all wrong. Stated I could put personal items in vehicle, not true. There was no "white glove" service provided. The amount to ship vehicle was actually way more than Nest auto says. When getting my vehicle picked up for transportation the driver was a day late so my car sat vonerable at a meter. They only want to use zelle for payments. Then after having my vehicle in there possession the kept demanding more money that was Not stated anywhere in the agreement and "held it hostage" at the port and would not ship it until excessive amount of money was paid.
It was the worst experience, both emotional, and financially. I would highly recommend never to use this company for any transportation needs.

Be incredibly cautious when booking with Nest Auto Transport. I placed order #25349866 with their office at 13151 Emily Rd Suite #210-D for a total price of $875, trusting them to ship my 2006 Ford Mustang to California. They processed my $200 deposit immediately on July 29th but completely dropped the ball when the August 10th scheduled pickup window hit. When you call their phone line at [469-242-1658](tel:469-242-1658), you get nothing but excuses regarding carrier dispatching. They will gladly lock in your contract and take your credit card payment, but they cannot manage the actual shipping logistics. It’s 8/20/26 and my still has not been picked up!

Jennifer really went above and beyond helping me today. She was kind, professional, and didn’t sound annoyed when I asked tons of questions! She was a big reason for me moving forward and definitely deserves a raise. Highly recommended!

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. If you’re considering using them, **please be careful** My experience was very similar to many of the other one-star reviews: poor customer service, misleading information, and pressure that made the whole situation extremely frustrating.

I never even used their service, yet they refused to return my deposit. My interactions with Chris, Lucas, James, and Victor were extremely disappointing, and I felt that I was not treated honestly or fairly.

Based on my personal experience, I would never recommend this company. I strongly encourage anyone considering them to read the reviews carefully and do your research first. I wish I had. If I could give zero stars, I would.
