This is my 2nd year using this travel agent Neo Tourism travelling to Cebu.and the person assisted me her name is Emma Smith. She’s very helpful kind & explain well. I can definitely recommend this Neo Tourism travel agent.

Emma, has been always patient and helpful.
I remembered way back 2024, unfortunately had experienced typhoon which needing her to support us with the last minute changes of aircraft.
