Recargue la tarjeta de neomoon, no me la aceptan en ninguna pagina y encima no tienen ninguna opcion para pasar el saldo de la tarjeta a nusd de nuevo. Basicamente, tengo 800 dolares que no puedo usar donde yo quiera y tampoco los puedo retirar, como es posible que no tengan ninguna advertencia de que una vez depositado en la tarjeta ya no existe forma de recuperarlo? Huele a estafa camuflada...
Love NEON MOON underwear! I've bought a few pieces from them, amazing quality, super comfy and really cute designs. It feels amazing to support such an intersectional, diverse company! I don't usually wear bras, as I find them really uncomfortable, but whenever I do wear one, its always NEON MOON. Amazing customer service that will do everything in their power to get it right. I'm forever checking out what next pieces I'll buy!
Poor quality and poor customer service. No contact details or address available - never a good sign. Have not fully refunded unopened Christmas gift items and will not respond to messages. Keep away.

Ordered two items from Neon Moon, their silk pyjamas and bandage lingerie set. Received both items, which were of poor quality (the pyjamas began to fall apart after one wash). And to top it off, I found the exact same bandage lingerie set a couple of days later on AliExpress! Then after some digging I found the silk pyjamas too. I paid £40+ for two items worth less than £10. I was excited to support an independent business like Neon Moon, but I won’t be purchasing again, sorry.

Excellent customer service! Great company message! Comes beautifully packaged with a lovely letter that feels personal. Ethically made and the most comfortable underwear I've ever worn.
A great product but even greater customer service.
The only reason I haven't put 5 stars is that there was a mix up with the delivery - Royal Mail didn't process the P+P and I had to pay again for them to deliver it. BUT Neon Moon alerted me to the issue straight away and when I sent them proof that I'd paid Royal Mail, they reimbursed me straight away.
Their online community is lovely too.
