What was advertised and what I got was totally different, letters missing off the print, design not the same. Like a poor cheap copy of a good original, emails back from company were dismissive like yeah return it if you want a refund, no customer service like Oh we are so sorry this happened, thats not right etc they are total scammers showing decent stuff but sending out cheap shein type copies
Ordered a christmas jumper - which is absolutely lovely. I was worried it wouldnt arrive in time for my weekend away so I emailed customer services who arranged for it to be delivered the next day by 1pm. Excellent customer service!
I've ordered several t shirts from here in the past and love the quality and vibrancy of them.
As with any company you find on Instagram theres always a risk they aren't any good and with so few reviews on here I took a bit of a gamble but both pieces I bought look amazing on me, the sizing was really easy to understand and it worked out. I got a dress and a jumpsuit and they are so unique and flattering. Delivery was also fast. Highly recommend.
I love the look of this companies clothes, bright, colourful and different, just up my street. So I couldn’t wait to get one of the dresses! It looked stunning 🤩 but unfortunately the material is the wrong type of material if you have any lumps and bumps, it sticks to them ALL, sadly I had to return it as a result. Customer service was great too.

Ordered a dress, which on arrival had a hole in the pocket. Obviously was a bit disappointed so emailed customer service (on a weekend) and got a reply 1st thing Monday morning apologising and offering a swap if I returned the dress or a 30% discount off the price I paid. I opted for the discount as the hole could be fixed as it was inside the pocket (and even my sewing skills could manage that!!)
Received email the next day advising refund had been made back to the card I used to make initial purchase.
Had previously ordered 2 cardigans from the site which arrived promptly and packaged very well.
