The car was delivered as promised. Did not appreciate the fact that the Initial "all inclusive" price was increased 50% a day before the delivery date.

Didn't really appreciate you trying to take down my review claiming it was false and "defamatory". Trust pilots review ruled it was truthful and should remain as a valid review.

I needed urgent help to get my car from one State to another. Another car company left me hanging, kept delaying, and did not understand my situation. After this, I contacted Jason with Neon Auto Transport. Jason went above-and-beyond, found me a reasonably priced car carrier on an urgent basis, and made sure that my car was delivered to the right place. I would highly recommend!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Neon Auto Transport. Despite paying the agreed deposit for vehicle shipment, the company doubled the quoted price just one day prior to the pickup, which was unexpected and unprofessional. They ultimately failed to provide the promised service and did not deliver my car as arranged. After that, they refused to refund my deposit. Numerous attempts to contact them went unanswered or were met with empty promises. This appears to be a clear case of fraud.

I have officially filed complaints with the FMCSA, Federal Trade Commission, State Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and other consumer protection agencies. I strongly encourage other customers who have had similar experiences with this company to come forward and file complaints as well. Together, we can help prevent others from falling victim to this scam.

I contacted Neon Auto for car shipping from California to Texas and was impressed by how quickly they arranged everything. Pickup was within 48 hours, and delivery was even faster than expected. Their door-to-door transport service is top-notch!

Warning stay away from doing business with this company. We signed a contract for one price and then they doubled it at time of delivery. They did not honor their signed contract and demanded double or threatened to hold vehicle at storage.

Adam answered all my questions and got me a trucker within 24 hours. My car arrived early and in perfect condition!
