Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I completely understand the frustration.
Here's the honest truth...we've been dealing with a wave of fake email accounts created specifically to abuse our free credits. It was happening at a scale that forced us to temporarily put a paywall on some features while we work on a better solution.
That said, our core features are still fully available to try for free.
