Well I had two very nice skilled craftsmen who arrived at nine o’clock and completed fitting our windows all cleaned up and old windows put into their van we had eight windows to be installed very nice polite men a cup of coffee and they cracked on defenately 5stsr PLUS 👍👍

We had 2 windows replaced yesterday. The whole process from the first contact to the fitting was smooth & efficient. The fitters were friendly and cleaned up well once finished.

A Very good product and fitting service through out. The initial consultation was very informative, the price was great plus they offer variety of finance plans to suit customers needs as well. The fitters did a top class job, was very clean and polite. They took all the rubbish away before they left.

In 2020 I had agreed to having doors and windows fitted by Safestyle. I had paid a deposit. On a Friday morning a surveyor visited my home and did the required survey.
A little later that day a young man from NeoGlaze knocked on the door and asked me about door & Window replacements. I explained that I had already arranged to have work done by Safestyle. He reacted by saying ’I think you may have made a mistake. Our Director happens to be with me today - he’s just talking to one of our customers around the corner. Let him pop by and have a word with you.
Ten minutes later Jack Nahal arrived. He came in and he explained that he had worked for Safestyle for some years, and had since branched out and started NeoGlaze UK. He said that the quality of his products were distinctly superior to those of Safestyle and that his prices were more competitive. Apart from this Jack talked to me at length about his marital problems, told me that he was separated from his wife and told me about his young children and his love for them. He was at my house for about two hours and it could only be described as ‘hard selling’ - by the end of it I had agreed to cancel my contract with Safestyle and sign a contract with NeoGlaze, paying him £4000 by way of a deposit. He left my house, to collect his children from school he said, though I thought it would be rather late for that.
After he left I had my first opportunity to slow down and think carefully about what I had done, unpressured by external interests and insistences.
I discovered the company was only a year old. I had a call from someone at Safestyle Windows who told me that Jack was strongly suspected of having remaining links with someone at Safestyle who was passing information to him viz Safestyle sales interests and customers in order to ‘steal custom’; and who questioned the veracity of the argument Jack had made about his company’s quality in relation to Safestyle.
In particular the youth of the company freaked me out - I felt unable to take the risk, however well I wished Jack and his company. The following day, the Saturday, I wrote a personal text to him cancelling the contract. Additionally I wrote an email to the company office a little later in the afternoon I believe, and I sent their contract cancellation form back to them by guaranteed delivery to arrive on the Monday morning. The reason for my over conscientiousness was that although in fact I stressed I was in no hurry, and had not signed away my statutory rights for a cool off period, nevertheless Jack had been insistent on assuring me he would be getting on with the job - and I didn’t want that to happen. I was particularly bothered because he had taken Safestyle’s survey with him.
The response I got was that they claimed to have drawn up the plans for the components and had them made between Friday evening and Saturday when I had sent the text.
They continued to make this claim while I pointed out I had not signed away my legal cool-off rights nor at any point said I was in a hurry.
Months went by - over a year went by, and in the end I thought maybe I could get them to bend their skills to producing me a downstairs toilet instead for the £4000 they had of my money. I rang up to find out if that was possible. I heard from Jack that he had suffered a tragedy and was so distraught that he was off work. He signed me to a man called Jay. I followed through with this and Jay said he would come along, take a look and see what could be done.
When he arrived he was flattering and what could be described as a bit ’smarmy’, I think now I look back on it. Somehow or another he moved me away from my focus - and before I knew it I had agreed to take him into the garden so he could talk to me about conservatories. It took him less time to convince me that I wanted a £15000 conservatory (not the £4000 loo) than it had taken Jack a year earlier to get me to sign a contract I hadn’t thought through - and he went away after I had (insanely!!) transferred an extra £5000 as additional‘deposit’.
Since I cancelled this contract within two days and had no survey that he could take, the idea that manufacturing plans and actions could take place is out of the question of course. Yet several months later they claimed exactly that, once to Cobra (centred in Liverpool) and once to the court.
Finally, last year I took NeoGlaze to court over this matter and won the case. NeoGlaze et al owe me over £10,000. They should have paid before christmas. I’ve not received a penny.

A big thank you to jack an his team 🙌.. Kept the process smooth all the way through. The fitters are amazing and top lads very polite and clean all the way through. I would highly recommend neo glaze to anyone.... I was so worried about this being my biggest job on my new house but they really have done a great job so thanks agin guys.

Brilliant service and price. The entire process from quotation all the way till the new windows were installed, was very smooth. Guys that fitted the windows were very polite and careful.
Everything was done in 4 weeks as discussed during quotation, and all 6 windows were replaced in just one day.
Very happy with the service, quality and price.

Pleasure to do business with this company. The team were excellent. When they came out to do initial quote listen to what we wanted, gave ideas but weren't pushy with things. The team worked very hard when they came out to do the installations, did excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. They windows supplied and fitted look great exactly as promised. 5 months in we can tell the difference with having these windows fitted in. Glad we went with this company and definitely will do business with them again.

They fit new windows to my home. Quality is very poor. I can’t feel my home warm. Customer service is worst. Don’t amaze with price . And fit on time as they promised. Only they need to pay attention on cleaning after finishing the job/work, product quality and customer service. I can’t recommend them.

From booking in the windows to having them done the whole process was smooth and only took a month, we’re really impressed with our new windows and the whole team at Neo Glaze are lovely, we also have neighbours who have had a positive experience. 110% recommend!

The windows the sales girl who came out the price quoted and installation were all excellent. However, a replacement panel was incorrectly measured and it took 5 weeks for the replacement to be installed. I put this delay down to the fact that I had paid for all windows including replacement panel after initial installation, so there seemed as if there was no need to put themselves out if already paid. When it eventually was installed I also had another window measured in order to replace it. The fitter duly measured it and said someone would call me with a price, this never happened. So my experience is that the fitters are good but perhaps the office staff not so much.

I had all my windows and doors fitted by Neoglaze and was very happy with with both the customer service and quality of the windows and the price. Would defiantly recommend.

From initial appointment to installation everything went smoothly, I had a local number to call with any queries and the staff seemed very knowledgeable,

Installation went really well with the installers taking our property into consideration, some installers couldn't care less about the state they leave your house but these guys put sheets down and cleaned up after themselves.

The windows themselves are brilliant and very well fitted, these guys are good and that's hard to find nowadays. I'm very happy.
