Reacties van NEO Finance zijn snel. Ik heb nog geen telefonisch contact gehad maar de reacties per mail waren to the point en snel.

Fairly easy to subscribe and get an account. I got very good support and fast response during a weekend to a question I sent by mail. Still need to build up experience with investing, but the website looks clear and user friendly.

The number of repaid loans is getting even with the number of confirmed loans in my portfolio (about 75% of these repaid loans do this after 0 to 5 payments, meaning they get a better deal from you or from one of your competitors)

The fact that each month a number of these repaid loans adds cash that needs to find another loan to invest in.... is not an efficient way of working.

The root cause for this is the fact that YOU (NEO Finance) give these people a loan at a too high interest rate (other wise they would not repay their loans so quickly and move to a cheaper loan)

This matter is going on since years and the real victims are we since we do not get the opportunity to put our money efficiently at work (each time there are days, weeks of unused cash as a result of your failing attempt / policy).

Besides the issue of the repaid loans the number of loans that do not get paid is getting up to 7-8 procent of the loans recently - another indication for a inadequate profiling of the candidates for a loan.

I was told that you use AI now to more succesfully profile the loan candidates, personally I see the opposite : you have significant amount of people asking for better conditions (with repaid loans as a result) AND you have increasing loans that do not get paid for a year (with a potential loss of money in the A and B loans - categories which, if well profiled, should hardly have any dropouts )

I have made these remark several times and this is my last attempt to talk NEO Finance into some sense. Otherwise I will look for other opprtunities to invest my money.

For your information, my automatic investment routines select the most stringent criteria (age, experience, collateral, income etc in A and B loans,
no secondary market loans)

Great platform. Easy to use.

I like the platform, the investing part is very easy and the ROI is clear before investing. However, what I miss is clarity on payment dates. It is very fuzzy where I can find exactly what amount I can expect on which day.
