Negatives. Had to wait several weeks before delivery, even though they claimed to have them in stock on the website. Tinny sound, not all apps transfer over... No app search function in back as area or ability to group apps. Positives. They did reply to correspondence, but told lies. The set up was realatively easy. Screen is good for the money. The build is good too. Not easy to choose which files onto the SD card. Can't seem to set the camera to use the SD card. Camera is average in terms of quality. Overall I think the unit, keyboard cover and mouse are very good value. I would recommend it tbh. Thanks.

The store were very good in responding to my queries a couple of little things the preorder was quite long over date given but no problem and when received my keyboard case and mouse were not there but a quick email to customer support and there rep was both cuteous and had the items to me next day,now have been on the Tablet its great for the price all works as stated so all in all a good buy.

Quick order processing and the tablet works perfectly

Very neat and robust Tablet. It has quite a good speed response, graphics are clear for the price. The only wish is that it could have had finger print or facial recognition.
Would I recommend this tablet, yes I would.

A really good product!

It was very good and though my tablet didn't arrive for a day two later than expected I have no problems with my tablet.

4 Feb - Order acknowledgement stating NEXT DAY DELIVERY as it was ordered.
5 Feb - Not received
6 Feb - Asked Neocore when I could expect delivery
6 Feb - Response from Neocore "The tablet is on pre-order as advised on the product page, we aim to dispatch within next week."
I don't know anything about "pre-order" I purchased the tablet based on next day delivery and this was confirmed on their order acknowledgement.
12 Feb - Email from Neocore "Thanks for the email. We've a small delay, my apologies but we have confirmed date now and we aim to dispatch this week."
15 Feb - Email from Neocore "Tracking (will go live Monday:"
18 - 19 Feb - Finally received, not sure which day.
I am going to attempt to get the extra payment I made for next day delivery
I'm only giving the 2 stars as it's a very nice tablet. If it was based on service it would be 0 stars.

Excellent tablet with case, keyboard and mouse for a great price.

Delivery was slower than expected, but I'm very pleased with my tablet

Tablet works fine.
Delivery was extremely poor and took a long time to arrive, over two months !!

Nice tablet shame about the wait. Slow to load not as expected.

Great tablet does everything I need.
It replaced a Kindle fire and is much faster.

There was a problem with my new tablet.
Reported it to Neocore and there was an immediate reply which told me how to get it going again.
Saved the trouble if posting it for repair etc.
