Excellent experience
From start to finish I've been blown away by Nelson's.
I worked with Harry and Dan, on a very tight time line with short notice. They helped spec the right machine and came in on budget. Over delivered on my expectations and were able to address complications that arose from our side next day.
Definitely recommend.

Excellent service, reasonable price & reliable
Our previous glasswasher broke down after 12 years working non stop, the sales lady suggested us to get a new one instead of keep repairing the old one, got in touch with sales manager Dan who is the most efficient person I have encountered this year and the team came into the restaurant & installed a brand new glass washer the very next day before opening! Couldn’t be happier! If every company is doing this, UK’s economy will go straight up!

Great Service
I rang up to book a service call on my Glasswasher, unaware that it was still under warrantee, as had been almost 2 years.
They reminded me it was a warrantee call out and got an engineer out promptly to resolve the issue.
