Nelson Travel helped us to plan our honeymoon. Their experience and knowledge of the areas we wanted to visit meant that they gave us some great advice on where to stay and what to do. They were communicative and accessible throught the whole booking process and that continued throughout our trip, even setting up a Whatsapp chat to make sure everything was going well. Each part of our honeymoon was seamless and I'd be happy to recommend Nelson Travel to anyone looking to book a trip.

Ben Nelson”s Travel gave us a wonderful tailor-made Namibian self drive safari holiday. Absolutely no hitches, a perfect itinerary everything was organised for us and worked like clockwork. One of the best experiences we have ever had, we learnt so much and enjoyed every minute whilst we were in this stunningly beautiful country with its amazing wildlife. We will definitely recommend Nelson Travel to anyone wanting to visit Africa.

Nelson Travel organized the honeymoon of our dreams for us in Kenya. It was our first time using a travel agent, but we figured we'd use one for our honeymoon to take the stress out of planning - and Nelson travel delivered in every possible way.

Everything was absolutely seamless - every logistic taken care of - and the places we stayed were truly incredible and curated to exactly what we wanted.

Ben and Emma were fantastic - from our first call, they took the time to understand what we wanted and built out the most special, bespoke itinerary for us across the Masai Mara for safari and Kenyan coast (Manda Bay). They are extremely knowledgeable about Kenya and Africa, and we always felt that they had our interests at heart with every decision they made.

It was a once in a lifetime type trip, and we are so grateful to Ben and Emma for making it so special!

It was with some trepidation that i booked my Tanzanian adventure through Ben at Nelson travel. As a 75 year old lady travelling on my own with only the back up of a WhatsApp group ( set up by Ben) when I was away I needed to put all my faith in Nelson travel that they would deliver!! They delivered in spades!! Everything worked like clockwork and on the rare occasion I had a query Ben quickly sorted it via the WhatsApp group. All the accommodation was as described and I was always met as per my itinerary. Nelson travel’s partner in Tanzania, Nomad, also delivered impeccable service. I would have no hesitation in booking with Ben and his small team again.

Nelson travel planned a dream trip for us to South Africa. All of the hotels and arrangements were exceptional, and all connections ran smoothly. It was a top-notch service all round and we had an incredible trip. Will definitely be booking with Nelson Travel again!

Ben, Emma & the team really rolled out the red carpet helping us organise our honeymoon. Great adventure getting from Zanzibar to the remote island of Pemba via a tiny plane, followed by a James Bond speed boat to the resort. Met with a cocktail made for a great start to a fantastic week of sunshine, good food and relaxation. These guys cared about our experience and listened to our brief around how much we wanted to spend. 👍 thank you all.

Just got back from a holiday to Antigua where we stayed at St James's Club. Nelson Travel hit the brief and also beat the airline's price so will certainly be using again.

Perfect - everything was booked and planned to the last detail.

Our honeymoon to Kenya had us as fish out of water to what we were used to. From the moment we took off from London to the moment we landed back, there was someone there for us every step of the way to hold our hand.

Accommodations were luxurious and the best in the area from what we heard from others.

Nelson Travel was excellent from start to finish. They put together the most fantastic itinerary for our honeymoon around Tanzania, guiding us throughout the planning process and ensuring each stop offered something different. All the travel was seamless and the two lodges and island we stayed at were better than anything we could have hoped for. There were a few minor issues with the island which Ben Nelson followed up on immediately after and it all ended very satisfactorily. A wonderful experience and we will certainly be using Nelson Travel again.

The details really matter to me and with Nelson Travel, I can confidently say that they will take care of every little one. Emma answered all my questions promptly, clearly explained the specifics and was available while on my trip via WhatsApp. The schedule she created was so well organized. We had the most wonderful experience with Nelson Travel. We arranged our dream honeymoon through Ben and from start to finish the whole experience was amazing - always attentive, helpful and honest. We did a safari in Tanzania and stayed in Zanzibar. Both destinations were what dreams are made of. We stayed in beautiful camps on safari where we were completely secluded in nature amongst the wildlife. Zanzibar was paradise and Ben was always on the end of the phone to answer any queries.
