I shipped my luggage and fire fighter gear to Californian to fight the fires in LA as,a volunteer fire fighter. The manager packaged my gear and processed the shipment for free. I m very greatful for the support and respect they showed me. I highly recommend this business for all shipping needs.

When shipping internationally, the customer is required to fill out the commercial invoice accurately, including details related to duties and taxes. Per carrier tariffs and our terms of service, (you signed your name as agreement to these terms) the receiver is responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes in the destination country. Unfortunately, in this case, refusing to pay those taxes led to the package being returned to you at no additional charge.
We understand that unexpected situations like this can be frustrating, and we’re happy to assist you in navigating the process for future shipments. If you have any questions or would like additional guidance on how to avoid similar issues in the future, feel free to reach out to us directly.

I have to agree with the rest of the reviews. This business center can be a life-saver if you have a deadline line mine. They printed, copied, notarized and FedEx'd my documents in less than 20 Mins! I highly recommend for all business services

My last shipment was delivered on time
My last shipment was delivered on time, these guys know what they are doing. I tried the Post office three times to get a document to my mother for ber Visa application and they lost it three times! I wasted my postage money and I should have gone to Neighborhood Parcel instead. The DHL driver went to my Mom's hotel and hand-delivered her document. The sad part was DHL was only $40 more than the lousy post office express mail! lesson learned.

I visited this store twice this month…
I visited this store twice this month and find them to be a step about the rest. The staff is kind, and very helpful. They help me package my family gifts and reduce my shipping charges by comparing all carrier rates. I am very happy to give them 5 stars because they are earned and I frankly don't know why anyone would give them a lower rating. They go above and beyond to help their customers. During my last visit, I witnessed Kerri helping a handicap woman by going to the parking lot and collect her documents to be faxed and then later carried her Credit card reader to checkout in the middle of the parking lot and without the woman leaving her car and dealing with the stairs.

Great place in my neighborhood, it saves me a lot of time. Very convenient services and super friendly staff. I highly recommend them for all shipping and shredding services. Very honest and kind staff. A++ service
Their shipping rates are fte cheaper than what you find online and that is another plus!

Very Trustworthy Company
I used Neighborhood Parcel to ship my items to Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. I find them to be very helpful, honest and trustworthy. They ship my expensive jewelry and my electonics with any issues. They always arrive safely. My last shipment valued at $12,600 was delivered without a glitch. I lost other shipments using USPS and other freight forwarders. I am very happy with this company and I feel that they deserved all 5 stars.
