Took a long long time from order to installation. Installer left battery in the middle of a wall despite having space cleared in a corner and plenty of room, also installed inverter smack bang in the middle of a wall despite there again being plenty of room in the corner. Where the cables come into the garage. Didn't ask once where we wanted it, stupidly we thought it was obvious as we cleared a space for it and showed the cleared area to installer. Really gutted this cost thousands. Also left old batteries blocking vehicles. If the install had been where we wanted there was plenty of room to return them. Its a shame really as was looking forward to gaining some space back. Moral of this story be careful to explain very slowly and clearly and possibly mark where you want a huge battery to be. Or perhaps its just me who would like large bulky items in corners as opposed to in the very middle of a wall when they can be walked in to and damaged.

48kwh Fogstar battery and 8kW Solis inverter £7695, great value 👍

What can I say, other than Nebula truly delivered on their promise. The entire process was painless, and I was guided and consistently updated throughout. I opted for a Solis 6kW hybrid inverter and a Fogstar 16.1kW battery, both of which are working flawlessly and exactly as intended.

If you are looking for a friendly, quality, and customer-focused service, I could not recommend Nebula more highly.

We had a 5kw inverter and 16kw battery installed in North East England. Nebula were by far the cheapest quote we had, but everything was perfect. All communication done via WhatsApp with responses received rapidly. The install was professional, and everything works as expected.

I contacted Nebula in April. They were very responsive and a very decent quote was forthcoming. I ordered the battery from them and Nebula did the rest. National grid took there time approving the installation but that seems par for the course. Once approval was granted Nebula arranged installation very quickly. All now seems to be working well. A particular mention must be made to the responsiveness of the company. Tracey was always very quick to reply. Kav did the installation,and a very efficient and tidy job he did.

Great company and great staff. I managed to get a 16.1kwh battery and inverter for a very competitive price so decided to go ahead. I was half expecting some hidden extras to be added on but they never came which was great.
My install had its hiccups and didn't really go according to plan. This could drop the rating, but I don't feel it would be fair to base it on that but they way they reacted and fixed the issues. They always took ownership and accountability and came up with solutions and in my book that counts for a lot.
I would not hesitate to use Nebula again, they genuinely want you to have smooth experience

Unfortunately ended up not picking these guys on purely mounting preference for my flat roof, but again the price is so competitive, the innumerous options, quotes and professionalism is above average.
Communication is a big strength of this team.
I will use them in the future hopefully.

Great price compared to others. Installation done by Ryan who was polite, tidy and efficient everything left clean and tidy.
Had a small problem that Ryan couldn’t work out and suspected a faulty inverter.
Michael came out with a new inverter which did exactly the same after several attempts to sort this with Solas, Solas did a complete reboot and online udates which rectified all problems.

I bought a battery and inverter installation from Nebula to take advantage of cheaper overnight tariffs. From technical advice to G99 application, and everything in-between, they were quick and efficient.

Communication throughout the process, mainly using WhatsApp, was excellent; nothing is too much trouble for Tracey and the team.

The install itself was completed by a local tradesman who was excellent, engaging and worked to a high standard. One minor teething problem was fixed on site within 8 hours; really good service.

Recently had a new inverter and battery system installed, Michael was excellent from start to finish listened to what I wanted the system to do now and in the future to ensure what they were installing now was right for the future, I made a few changes along the way and these were accommodated without hesitation, Tracey kept me upto date with any updates via wattsapp and calls and Jamie the installer was quick, Tidy and made sure we were happy with the location and setup of install whilst doing the job, recieved a call after install to talk me through the relevant apps and settings and just make sure I was happy with everything, just a really easy hassle free install for me.

Will use again for my system upgrades and expansions.

Installation executed today, the engineer arrived at the time agreed. Very professional, installation very tidy, quick and faster.

We had two hanchu 9.4 kWh home batteries and inverter fitted in February, from making enquiries to having batteries fitted has been a great experience with Nebula renewables, great communication through what's app, a quote within two days, and a installer who done a great job, was clean and tidy with his work, would highly recommend, 10 out of 10, system working fine very happy.

From start to finish a pleasure to deal with.
Communication from Micheal and Tracy was polite and concise.
My installation of 16 panels and battery storage was completed by John and Neil.
Who were prompt friendly and efficient.

Overall, we were very happy with Nebula, or Michael and his team! We had some hiccups along the way, but for me it was how Michael/Nebula addressed all the issues, at times he/they did a lot to make everything work well for us and our installation!
