Fair price for the product. Reviews reflect the product well. Clear information about shipping, with the product arriving on time. Respons fast to questions, (keep your spam folder in mind tough ;-)). Questions answered correctly in good english.
Downside would be the mails when you don't check out when you put items in your basket.

On time and no damages

I bought a neat and handy airbrush and after a few minutes of use, it stopped working. No amount of cleaning would get it to work. I believe the needle is bent. I reached out to Customer service and got one response but have been sending emails and calling them for nearly a month and have not received a reply or any help.

UPDATE: After the company saw my review, they followed up and sent a new air brush that works fine.

Aggressive marketing. They keep harassing me through email and text messages to make a purchase. It's better to go and buy from Amazon than this company.

I got that neat little airbrush and it is quiet. I was happy about that. My wife was too. lol
For extra details like needle size and such, it is the same as others for those details. But I didn't need anything extravagant.

Was delivered quicker than I thought. It's easy to use as a first timer new to painting after a few trials of painting to get the technique right.

I received the product. I tried the Vision Aid Magnifying Glasses and I really like it. I haven’t have the occasion to use the Mini Airbrush yet.

To pull this airbrush apart for cleaning and reassemble is very difficult. I followed the You -tube video but not enough clear instructions. Very disappointed with this airbrush.

The item I ordered arrived on time without any issues. I would happily order from Neat and Handy again.

They took a while to arrive, but it was certainly worth the wait: excellent product made with top notch materials. Pushed my mini painting up to the next level. If you’re caught in two minds about getting a pair: don’t be, get them.

So far my wife loves the clear caps even though they keep slipping off. I will replace the bracket in a little while. I'm a little busy for me to have the time right now, but so far she's satisfied with our purchase.

The glasses are very good - better quality and performance than I was honestly expecting. I use them to paint 10mm high figurines and was able to achieve a level of detail and control that would be impossible for me without them. The headset is comfortable to wear for a couple of hours at a time - and switching to the included headband made the headset even more comfortable. They fit over my spectacles easily. Switching lenses is easy and the LED light is effective for close work. The storage case is good quality and I’m very pleased I added it to my order. Highly recommended.
