Liza called me every few days to keep up to date on how many files had transferred to the online NEAT. She left voice messages if I was not available and emailed if I was not available. When I called Neat "Support" and waiting for someone to answer I waited over 25 minutes listening to a recording that said I was # 1 in the queue. After I was able to talk to a person they told me they were sorry and they were short-handed. I finally found out that the new MAC upgrade to Ventura was not able to use my NEAT scanner. The MAC Ventura upgrade was in use over a month ago. WHY DIDN'T YOU PUT OUT A NOTICE TO YOUR USERS AND TELL THEM IF THEY UPGRADED THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SCAN THEIR DOCUMENTS??? IT'S CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE! I AM A LONG-TIME CUSTOMER AND I EXPECT BETTER.

Call back was staticky so I called support again and Liza helped me this time.
Unfortunately, the conclusion was my scanner was broken and needed to be replaced.
I’m buying a Raven Pro

I was helped by several of your people: Roxy, Booghy (sp?) and Alma. They were all VERY helpful and very knowledgeable in what they did. I am now able to scan and am so pleased. All my transactions needed to move to the cloud, and they stuck with me thru it all.. It took a long time, but it finally was resolved. They were also very thorough. You should be very proud of these techs.

I was happy with calling in and putting in my number for a call back. I don't like the chat section to assist with problems. The customer rep (stephen i think?) was wonderful. He made things simple for me as i was having trouble loading the driver for nm1000.
