Wide range of products

Ordering is easy, and you can find products that are difficult to source elsewhere.
Delivery was fast.
Sadly the root I ordered had plastic wrap on it, not ideal, but apart from that all good!

The food was great delivery not so great

The food was great however your freezer packs had totally defrosted meaning the paper bags where soaked and all the veg was wet. This was OK for me as I could deal with it. Using the Royal Mail for delivery is a mistake as they do not employ temperature controlled delivery and Plymouth is a long way from Newcastle in hot lorries.
