At Nearly Naked Veg, we are passionate about delivering the freshest, highest-quality produce while championing sustainability and supporting local communities. With roots in the picturesque village of Newton Ferrers since 2009, our family-owned business has grown into a leading example of sustainable food practices. Our unwavering commitment to reducing our carbon footprint sets us apart from supermarkets. By sourcing directly from trusted local growers and key markets in Devon/Cornwall, Bristol, and London, we minimise transportation emissions and prioritise freshness. Unlike supermarkets with long supply chains and excessive packaging, we take a more direct route from farm to table, resulting in lower carbon emissions, reduced waste, and a positive environmental impact. Our dedication to sustainability extends to our delivery service. Partnering with carbon-neutral couriers ensures fresh produce arrives at your doorstep with minimal environmental impact. We believe in keeping our deliveries as "naked" as possible, using minimal and recyclable packaging made from wood fillings and cardboard. While focusing on sustainability, we also understand the importance of competitive pricing. We offer farm-fresh produce at affordable rates, proving that making eco-conscious choices doesn't have to break the bank. When you choose Nearly Naked Veg, you're not just receiving top-quality, locally sourced produce delivered conveniently to your door; you're actively making a green choice that benefits our planet. Join our family today and experience the exceptional service that our valued customers have come to trust. Let Nearly Naked Veg be your go-to source for fresh, sustainable, and delicious produce. Easy ordering on line
Easy ordering on line. Great selection of fruit and vegetables and reasonably priced. Seville oranges came double packed and a small ice pack included. The fruit was in excellent condition. Speedy delivery up to north east Scotland. The marmalade turned out great!

Vegies look and taste amazing
Vegies look and taste amazing. Service is great.
The team really puts a lot of care and effort into every order.
Very fast delivery as well. What I like most, so, is, that you still deal with humans and not just AI messages. Any issues, you get to talk to a person. And they are onto it straight away. Definitely will keep ordering.

Poor communication
My parcel arrived by Dpd late on a very wet afternoon. Dpd are notoriously bad in our area and instead of driving down our drive and delivering to our house they dumped the parcel over a fence and into a farmers’s field at the roadside of our property. By the time I discovered their confirmation of delivery emai and ascertained where they had dumped the delivery, the parcel and its contents were ringing soaking wet and the box disintegrated when picked up. Twice I rang Nearly Naked veg and left a message on the answerphone explaining the problem and leaving my number, but never received the courtesy of a reply. I can only conclude that Nearly Naked Veg are only interested in obtaining an order but not in after sales service- what a shame.
