Daisy was the most amazing customer support representative I have ever spoken to. Her dedication to helping me solve the issue I was having with Aloha was something I've never seen before. She called me week after week to check on the issue and help me try to fix it. I had zero hopes of ever solving the problem and every time I spoke to anyone except Daisy I got either the run around or a promise the issue would be fixed in an hour. The issue was never fixed in an hour.

I was told different information when I GM called prior night and my shift leader was told different when she called either problem was not resolved.

Software is user friendly, easy to use, make changes and payroll works for restaurant employees and managers with no problems. Support is a phone call away. Works great for our business.

The time to resolve issues is too long. I am still having tech support work on an issue that has been over 2 weeks. There is no communication between techs. One tech will call have the GM complete some problem solving tasks. The problem is not resolved . Then a few hours a later a different tech will call and have the same tasks. When the tech's call they will put our GM's on hold for an hour. Our GM's cannot be offline on hold for an hour. This is not acceptable

The Aloha group is well organized, knowledgable and responsive. The overall training is lacking in critical areas that left me trying to teach myself the nuances of how to access information and sunscreens. Training needs to not be so rushed, rely on handouts and videos.
