I've had a great experience with NCR Printing. All communication was by email, which suited me cos I work "irregular" hours. They understood what I wanted and suggested some enhancements, and the end result was exactly what I wanted. I especially liked the way they asked me to check and double-check the order before printing - gave a sense of trust.
As a result, I have recently ordered again from them.
