Visited the Uddingston shop and we were speaking to Csilla, who was really helpful, explained all the finance options, wrote down all measurements, even helped us find a way to dispose of our old sofas. Great customer service

My order (WROM2332) was delivered yesterday. The delivery team were very careful not to damage my floor when assembling the table and chairs and took away all the packaging. However, after assembling the table they spent in excess of 20 minutes under the table, making adjustment to the fittings, and even had a zoom call. They were not speaking in English so I did not know what they were actually saying, but it became apparent to me they did not realise it had a swivel mechanism to extend it. I twice tried to speak to them to point this out, the first time I was ignored and the second time I was shushed. When they eventually told me there was a problem I said it swivels and they were able to extend it. I then saw a mark on each of the extending sections which could not be removed with a damp cloth. Also the swivel mechanism is extremely stiff and the extensions do not line up properly - maybe because of the adjustments they had been making unnecessarily? They made a phone call and passed the phone to me, I noted the contact name was India Team. I explained the damage, they said someone would call me back and the men left. So I am left with a marked table that does not extend properly. They also took the instruction booklet with them so we have no information.
