The salesman was efficient, had very good product knowledge, gave sound advice.

Would just like to say big thankyou to Paul at the Stockton Branch, he was a very helpful and knowledgeable young man and very polite and made my husband and I make a excellent choice .

I visited the Newport Road Store in Cardiff, first glance looked a nice store, then approached by your sterotypical salesman, seemed nice but then had a touch of Arthur Daley about him. Found it gard to get rid of him just wanted to view what was available and make my own mind up on what I wanted.
During the visit I was forced, yes forced on the spot by Andy the salesman go give him a review and implied the company want this, not sure if the company ask for staff to harass customers for this but you dont put people under pressure to do this, it is up to the customer to do this not get someone to do it there and tgen without buying.
I felt uncomfotable and bullied into the review. I made out I did it for him but did not, in fact I have just come om here for this review, not completed one before but now felt the need.
I left the store and I could have bought but heavy handed selling was not welcome. Andy made out this company was the best thing on the planet but seeing these recent reviews I am so glad I did nit buy anything.

Great choice, great value and Michael the sales person in the Leeds/ Birstall showroom was extremely helpful. He pointed out all ranges that met our size requirements and made good fabric suggestions to suit our lifestyle.

Susan went an extra mile or two to help ... helping us to reach a good decision, going up and down to the first floor to check details to save my mobility-impaired partner struggling, offering advice and suggestions and arranging for delivery asap as the bed will be needed following hospital discharge. Would definitely recommend the service here, oh - and the prices are very reasonable too.

Neil @ uddingston was very helpful from the moment we walked in the shop, made the process a lot easier and smoother and provided alot of helpful information, all while providing us with a good laugh throughout. To top it off Neil wasn’t a pushy salesman which is why we felt so comfortable and decided to make our purchase there and then. 10/10

Usman was helpful throughout with useful suggestions. He wasn’t pushy and was available throughout the process but also left in on our own to discuss amongst ourselves. It made the shopping experience stress-free

Designer and good quality furniture, ambiance is nice, staff are friendly, especially Anisha with patient and smile all the times.

Debbie was great, so helpful and really knows her stuff. Helped us find the sofa that was best for us, fab service and quick delivery turn around too
