Friendly & professional. Wasn’t pushy and advised when we asked.

Do not go to NCF the customer service is absolutely terrible are sofa arrived broken and it’s taken over a month to sort out! They keep giving delivery dates opposite to what we can do and now are trying to charge us £100 re delivery charge due to the company’s third party delivery company they use for there mistakes! Nothing gets sorted quickly and they are rude. I will never use this company again!!

Liam at Uddingston made our purchase so easy and stress free. No pushy hard sell strategy, allowed us to take our time and gave us invaluable advice. Id recommend Liam with full confidence to my friends and family

Liam and Shaun were really helpful when we came into the Portrack Lane Store. They explained about everything that we needed to know. They were both friendly and courteous, and I would recommend their store to anyone. It was clean and bright and a pleasure to look around. We went away to measure up and returned to make the order. Very pleased with the whole experience.

We were greeted and helped by Lewis and Farah at Rugby branch, both were very knowledgeable, friendly and walked the showroom with us explaining all the various options available. We had a great experience purchasing our furniture. The transaction was smooth and seamless, we look forward to receiving our delivery soon. Many Thanks for all your help!

ordered 2 sofas paying 50% deposit for upcoming move into bigger property then at 11th hour sale fell through,got in touch by phone with customer service spoke to a lady there called JULIE who was really helpful
after I explained my situation she came up with a helpful solution and I would like to thank JULIE for her help

Absolutely no up sales form guys. Very well informed on all of their furniture and very welcoming too. You can have a look around without being followed or offered something you don't want. When we are ready for more furniture this is the place we'll come back to. Excellent service all round we were served by Liam in Stockton definitely worth a look.
