Kathy at Gateshead was really knowledgeable when it came to helping us choose our new sofa. Would highly recommend going to NCF Living and speaking to Kathy or one of her colleagues when thinking of new furniture.

Absolutely no up sales form guys. Very well informed on all of their furniture and very welcoming too. You can have a look around without being followed or offered something you don't want. When we are ready for more furniture this is the place we'll come back to. Excellent service all round we were served by Liam in Stockton definitely worth a look.

I spoke to Arfan preston he was very lovely and helpfull when marketing are choice he didnt rush us and made sure we was happy with the choice that we picked. We couldn't have asked for better help

Liam at Uddingston sofas was absolutely full of knowledge. Could tell us how our sofa was made and went over the 5 year care plan with us. Exceptional service

Our order was for an ottoman double bed , mattress and an opulent sand headboard.
However we were delivered a drak green headboard!!
Now having to wait a further two weeks for a replacement. Not good at all and very disappointed.
Then we get to the assembly of the bed which we paid extra for, the two bases were not aligned properly at least 10mm difference, this means the lifting mechanism is not aligned and as a consequence the nut on the right cannot be applied, so they just left it!!! Dreadful.
What a downer on a day we were looking forward to.
Now dealing with customer care in the hope i do not need to ask my credit card company to charge back funds. Shocking.

Jackie at Leeds was friendly and helpful, without making us feel pressured. I would definitely recommend Jackie to anyone looking for great customer service!

Had a three piece sofa delivered on the 6th July arrived damaged 2 months down the line the situation still hasn't been resolved
Customer Service don't reply and you have to constantly chase with no updates

Donald @ncfperrybarr was a very friendly and knowledgeable assistant and was excellent in helping g us decide on the best sofa to purchase. Would go back to him again.

We ordered a bed from WILLIAM IN PAISLEY who was our Sales Advisor.
Having spoke with him previously we decided to go back and go through with our order of a new bed.
He was approachable and friendly explaining everything from the order to delivery 🚚 reassuring us he will help with any issues that may arise as we are moving home very soon.
