My 2nd 5 star review for this company first one was when in store in Edinburgh the sales person morna was amazing and now finally got our dinning table and bed and we love it and the guys that delivered the furniture great guys put in a lot of effort bringing it up to the third floor assembled it took all the rubbish definitely would recommend NCF to family and friends everything has been quick and easy from ordering to delivery great job keep up the good work happy customer here thankyou!

We viewed a 3 piece and 2 piece recliner sofa on Monday, and again on Wednesday. I brought family along for the opinions and was not disappointed. Liam was friendly, helping and reassuring throughout the whole process. What went from just having a nosey, turned into getting the sofas that both me and my partner really wanted. The sofas themselves have everything yoy could need. Storage space, built in sound and lighting, usb & type c charging ports, and even wireless charging. Liam was very professional and his knowledge of the sofas was impressive. If I were to need more furniture, I would ask for the same service I received. Thank you very much!

Having just had a response from NCF Living to my initial review, stating as I hadn’t included an order no they were unable to help, what a joke; when customer service had the order no they weren’t interested in helping so why would that be any different now. Apparently by them returning the additional £89 redelivery charge; which shouldn’t have been taken in the first place. That was us accepting compensation, so once again NCF Living take no responsibility for their actions/faults. It’s not the Preston Store staff at fault it is the main head office customer service team who pull all the strings.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Darius at the Perry bar branch. Very professional, knowledgeable and great customer service. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Can’t recommend ash at stoke enough, he was very helpful when I ordered my new sofa, my husband struggles with daily tasks and ash was very accommodating!

Chelsea in the Cardiff store, listened to what we wanted. Told us to look around the store. Then came up with a few suggestions of her own that she thought may suit our needs. She was patient and knowledgable and answered all our questions. She was also helpful at matching colours. Excellent service. Yes, we found exactly what we were looking for. Thank you.

the manger shaun carter was quite welcoming into the new shop has we just dropped just to look round and with his help we end up buying two high back chairs and a 3 seatter and a arm chair spot on service all round
