I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
We ordered a made-to-order corner sofa and cuddle chair costing almost £3,000 including delivery and aftercare. After remeasuring our room, we realised the corner sofa would not fit and requested a simple amendment to a smaller 4-seater sofa while keeping everything else exactly the same.
We were informed there would be a £200 administration fee to make this change, which although disappointing, we were prepared to accept. However, because the replacement sofa is cheaper, there is approximately £500 remaining on our order. Rather than deducting the £200 fee from this balance and refunding the difference, we have been told we must pay the £200 separately and either accept the £500 as store credit or lose it altogether.
At no point did we cancel the order. We simply requested a size amendment before delivery. Retaining £500 of a customer's money while also charging an additional £200 administration fee feels unreasonable and unfair.
I would strongly encourage anyone placing a made-to-order furniture order to carefully check the company's amendment and refund policies before committing, as this experience has left us feeling extremely let down.

We went to the store in Uddingston to look for lamps, ended up buying sofas and beds. Csilla was a great help, made a hot chocolate for our son, we felt really welcomed in your store

Would NOT recommend to anyone.. purchase as suite guaranteed 9-10 delivery 14 weeks later not herd anything,No correspondence what's so ever, no contact or email 's from NCF. contacted the head office they couldn't find my details, 20 mins later was told there was a delay but no one thought to inform me ? still couldn't give me a delivery date, by this time my old suite was taken away? Sitting on deck chairs.. eventually I had to cancel the order but was told I definitely would NOT get my £300 deposit back as I cancelled ???? Now taking it further as this was they're fault entirely..glad to see so many complaints against this company.... And sorry I did not review first.. what an absolute nightmare . customer service was dreadful, not helpful at all , will not let this go.. ordered the suite on the 3rd of May cancelled 15 th. August.. then had to reorder an other suite from a reliable company ,what a dreadful experience...this company was also reported on tv 's Watchdog.. complaints ...

Margo at the Chester store was very friendly and helpful. She was very informative and gave us space to think about what we wanted. She went above and beyond and made us feel very confident with our purchase.

Bought a suite 3 years ago along with the insurance service. pet damaged the seats so claimed on the insurance. they have declined to repair them and offered me full price of the furniture (store credit), or less than half as a cash alternative. This has now created landfill of a perfectly working sofa & chair that only needed 2 pieces of fabric to repair. Low & behold, nothing in their range now will get me a suite for what I paid so i have to spend more with them. I go their website to file a complaint and cant even submit the form. I will never use these again.

Noel in Rugby was very professional and answered all of my thousands questions very nicely. I highly recommend coming to the shop in Rugby the sofas are the comfiest, prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is relaxing
