My mum is moving to her new home and Farah was really helpful throughout. Providing details for any questions we asked and wouldn’t hesitate to find out information straight away. Farah was also happy to have a laugh and make us feel comfortable which was lovely. Would definitely recommended ncf!

I received Excellent customer service and communication from start to finish in the Swansea NCF store.
I seen a Ad on the Facebook selling site advertising clearance stock the communication was first class from Jon.
I decided to go into store where i was welcomed by Kurtis who was very helpful and answered every question I asked and explained everything to me regarding inspection, delivery etc.

Jon then came over to introduce himself and again excellent customer service given and was so helpful, I went ahead with the purchase with Jon and whilst serving me he explained the table and chairs will be stored out the back with bubble wrap to keep it in excellent condition until I could pick it up.
Nothing was trouble for these guys and I am really am impressed with the service they really went over and above.
