came in looking for a firm mattress, Arfan @ Preston store meeted us at the door very politely and they had multiple options priced very fairly and were very helpful left with a new mattress for me and my sister. would highly recommend
This is the worst experience i have ever had dealing with a business entity. Zero customer consideration, poor customer-focus services, Selfish and rude customer service call handler. When you go into their store, they treat you like a king, after you make the purchase and sign the shitty paperwork, they don’t care anymore. I placed an order since 02/06/26, today being 16/07/26, i am yet to receive my order, no specific date of delivery, not certain i will get my order in the next one month. Sadly, I have given out my old furniture and bed. My family sleeps on the floor and guess what THEY DONT CARE!! NCF is my biggest regret.

Order BSOM6858 placed 30th March. Promised 12–14 week delivery window (deadline 6th July) has been breached by over 10 days. NCF cancelled my delivery last minute because they lost part of the sofa, forcing me to use a day's leave and buy a second-hand sofa after discarding my old sofa in preparation. Contract has now been formally terminated under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. A Letter Before Action has been sent, and I am currently opening a chargeback claim with my bank for the £2,394.00 refund due. Avoid this company if you expect reliable delivery timescales.If they try and fight the charge back I will be using the small claims court and will be claiming in excess of £500 out of pocket expenses on top of the £2394.
Well NCF Living furniture company never learn after waiting another 2 months we finally had a message at lunch time yesterday our 3 seater settee was being delivered today between 7am and 4pm yes you've guessed it no delivery and no message to say why not. We thought this company could not possibly get any worse but how wrong we were. In case anyone from this useless company reads this the order no.is CAOM1185.

Ordered a 3 seater sofa and one chair last April, waited 10 weeks for delivery that we were not informed of, had sofa for around 11 months and the 2 outer seat cushions have drastically sunken, we had taken out the insurance cover sold to us in store and tried to claim a repair but they advised sofa was still under warranty, so went to NCF and submitted online report with photos, no response, called 2 weeks later spoke to customer services who advised would escalate, 3 weeks later no response, submitted on online complaint to this day 15/7/26 no response to my complaint, eventually a third party company came out to inspect and said report would go to NCF, again 3 weeks later I had to chase, they then sent the report which stated no manufacture fault customer is happy, which I definitely am not, and had signed a squiggle for my signature in the box! Definitely not signed by me! Now NCF are saying they will not escalate any further, absolute disgrace so please be careful before you spend your money with this company.
Ashraf gave me a good service. Explained differences between the sofas which enabled me to select the right sofa for my apartment. Excellent service and care. I will definitely recommend Ashraf and I hope I meet him again when I come to get more stuff.
