great experience in the shop , staff were great and easy to order sofa - - downhill drastically from there. sofa was delivered and put to together in living room - no cable to connect recliner to electricity supply ,was told by delivery people "not our problem , get in touch with customer services". You have to do this online , filled form in and sent off (i did this 4 times- as you don't get any feedback as to wether they have received your complaint or not )- heard nothing for 3-4 days - rang and rang and eventually got to speak to someone - "we have your enquiry and are dealing with it , it will be approx 2 weeks for us to get cable to us then we will send it on to you" . i will have had the sofa approx a month before it can be used as a recliner as purchased.

Was given a warm welcome on entering the store and if we needed any help told us her name and if we needed any help she gave her name . Susan @ uddingston she was great she is a credit to your company

I bought a dinning table. But damaged product was delivered twice . I contacted ncf via the telephone and they sorted full refund (including shipping fee) and I received my refund in a week.
The staff was polite and communication was very professional.
I'm disappointed that the product came damaged would suggest better patner for transportation.
But thank you whole team for your support .

Was in the Swansea store looking for stools for a breakfast bar, spoke with Jon who was knowledgeable and genuinely not pushy. Top man but unfortunately did not have what the wife had in mind.
