Our experience at NCF Preston was truly wonderful. Becky was delightful and very helpful in assisting us with the selection of our dining table. She demonstrated professionalism, politeness, and extensive knowledge. The service we received was exceptional, and she went above and beyond to help us find our steam dining table. We extend our sincere gratitude to Becky.

Lewis at the Rugby store was very welcoming and helpful he wasn't pushy and talked through our needs and was honest, we ended up buying the dining table. Thank for a great experience.

Went in to buy a sofa, the customer service was delightful, specifically the merry hill branch a young lady called Humaira gave me great advice and catered to my needs, great service would definitely recommend coming here!

Tony was incredibly professional, polite and helpful from start to finish. He was also so friendly and funny which made the whole experience feel really relaxed and enjoyable.

Nothing was too much trouble and you can genuinely tell that he cares about giving his customers the best possible experience. I left feeling extremely happy and satisfied with everything.

I recently visited NCF and noticed a few questionable areas of service. One of these being, put on the spot and pressured into completing a 5 star Trustpilot review even though I had not bought anything. The other implying I could not afford the items by instantly saying we dont discount, I didnt ask.
I provided feedback to HQ and Customer Care Manager. Since I have emailed back a couple of times and requested a call back, gave notice but emails ignored as no call backs made.
Out of curiosity I wanted to see what other people were saying about NCF, absolutely terrible and some parts similar to my experience. I am so glad I did not buy as what other people have said is just appalling.

Ordered a bed. 3 weeks later it gets delivered. Missing all fittings and integral board- duplicated other parts. Not usable. Phone lines shut at 3.30pm. Most people work until 5pm. Drove to store i purchased from and fobbed off. Salesman looked used to customers coming in and complaining. I have to wait until monday to hear from them. My son now has no bed and a room full of an incomplete bed.
Reading the reviews it definitely comes across as a pattern of bad service and poor product. Feeling rather silly i didnt check out what they are really like.

Andy at Ncf Cardiff was very good and kind to us. He was patient and gave us all the information we needed which encouraged us to buy. Very good service!!!

Liam at the Uddingston store helped us over two days to pick the perfect sofa. Great service, not pushy, just the information we requested and a bit more info that we should have asked for. Very knowledgeable and put our order through with ease. Explained everything from order to delivery and everything in between.

Liam at Leeds was really professional, insightful and helpful, made the procedure/sale very easy. Highly recommend him as a salesman.

**Extremely disappointed with the delivery service**

When we ordered our sofa, we were told **7–9 weeks** and reassured that **the end of July shouldn’t be a problem**. We are now in **mid-August, on week 11**, and still have no sofa.

I’ve repeatedly contacted them for updates and been given different dates and promises each time. Most recently, I was told the sofa would arrive at the warehouse **today, Friday**, and that we would then be contacted to arrange delivery. It’s now Friday and, once again, we’ve heard nothing.

I completely understand that delays can happen, but the constant **broken promises, changing dates and lack of communication** are incredibly frustrating. We’ve had to chase every update ourselves and feel we’ve been repeatedly misled.

We just want an **honest, confirmed delivery date** rather than another estimate that doesn’t happen. Very disappointed with the experience so far.

I got a sofa off the Jason at Chester store and I enjoyed the customer service and the staff was quite friendly and helpful in helping me make my choice. Cheers to
