Our Amazon sales had been growing steadily for the last 2 years, and the potential opportunity was clear – but with a small team, and many clients, we didn’t have the time or experience to unlock everything Amazon has to offer.
Nathan and team quickly embraced this, and helped us design a plan to harness the selling ability of our top 10 ASINs, and helped drive profitable sales growth within the first 2 months.
A project plan, with some clear measurables and agreed targets were laid at the start, and monitored via reporting tools and weekly catch up sessions, all managed easily through Teams.
August was our biggest month ever – by over 25%, and September is already on track to beat it, driven by the growth on the products Nathan has helped us manage.
Nathan is always available, and his knowledge and guidance of Amazon processes has helped our wider range, not only the focussed range we started working on.
We are now in top 15 position and sales are still growing, as we move from our 3 month start-up period, to a longer term plan to continue building to a top 5 position, and adding more ASINs to the range they will support us on.

Nathan has revolutionised the way we look at Amazon and our advertising. We had tried ads in the past, but they didn’t offer a good ROAS (return on advert spend) so we turned them off. In the first month Nathan has helped us optimise our listings and squeeze the most sales out of our Amazon niche.
He took one of our products and in a matter of weeks has got it ranking No.1 in our very-competitive category, all while spending a small sum of money - impressive!
