The price is so good, especially for the comfort it brings
Delivery is also super quick.

Brilliant products and brilliant service.
Added bonus it’s a UK company, no air miles. I have recommended to friends and family as we all need to take great care of our bodies, treat them with TLC.

I found Victory oil by chance on Instagram, and it has made a menopausal woman feel so much better, it is so easy to apply and so soothing I have recommended to a few friends as well, I will be ordering again, and after a few months I don’t need to use as much well worth it, highly recommended

I want to make it clear that this is a genuine review from a customer service perspective.

There is no doubt that NAYDAYA’s products are amazing, and I have been very happy with the quality. However, unfortunately, due to my recent experience with their customer service, I would be very reluctant to purchase from them again.

Perhaps I caught them on an off day, but nevertheless, I was left completely in the dark regarding the whereabouts of my order. In my opinion, it shouldn’t take numerous attempts, particularly by the customer, to get answers and updates about an order.

I have made NAYDAYA aware of my concerns and the failings I experienced, and I sincerely hope they take the feedback on board and put the necessary measures in place to ensure they meet their customers’ expectations in the future.

The products may be amazing, but good customer service is equally important when it comes to building trust and retaining customers.

So glad I discovered Naydaya, the victory oil is a lifesaver, I wouldn’t be without it.

This oil has changed our sex lives!! I use it twice a day as instructed, no smell and feels great. I can now enjoy sex comfortably which I have not for years. Thank you, Naydaya.

I have tried two products so far, victory oil and neck glory. Both are fantastic, effective (they do what they claim to do!) and gentle on my extremely sensitive skin. I have now taken out subscriptions for both as I don’t want to run out… ever

Victory Oil is a lovely product and very helpful and customer service has been excellent. I received something Naydaya don't even sell instead of my scheduled order - obviously down to the carrier - and this was quickly sorted, as was my request to reduce the frequency of my regular order.

Naydaya Victory Oil has been a life changer. After trying every product out there, this is my go-to. No irritation, just comfort. Easy to use. I must be on my 5th bottle now! Being Postmenopausal = dryness but this oil is amazing and makes such a difference. Highly recommend to everyone.

Nadaya victory oil has been life changing for me. After 2 years of trying everything possible to relieve my perimenopausal intimate dryness along with various consultant’s appointments I have finally got rid of the continual cuts, itching and soreness! I have recently started using the cleanser and my symptoms have completely disappeared. Amazing products!

Hi, I use Victory Oil as I have lichen sclerosus, and I’ve found that it really helps to soothe my symptoms and relieve the dryness. I find it particularly helpful when I’m not using my prescribed steroid cream. I would definitely recommend Victory Oil — it’s a fabulous product and has really helped me.

This product is undoubtedly the very best I have used for post menopausal vaginal dryness and the problems it causes. I spent 2 years feeling as if I had constant thrush, itching, sore, sex was painful. Nadaya Victory Oil has honestly changed my life. I feel back to normal, not discomfort and sex is good again. It's expensive but worth it.

I have had a very positive experience with Naydaya victory oil. It has really helped with dryness and itching. I have been using it for some time now and found it to be very effective right from the beginning. I also recommend the body blitz. Really good customer service and I have never had any problems with delivery either.

I've been purchasing Naydaya products now for years. Recently, my usual order of the 3 packs of Menopause Capsules, had gone missing in transit, on reaching out to Fiona about it, she straight away sent me another order to replace the missing one, that is 100% excellent customer service right there.
I had 6 years of treatment for breast cancer starting in 2017, chemotherapy knocked me into menopause overnight, the hot flushes were literally unbearable. I had then to search for something to help, which couldn't contain estrogen, as that was what was driving the cancer. Naydaya grabbed my attention and I've never looked back, I've used a number of their products and each one has been excellent. The capsules don't take the flushes away totally but they really really help. In fact, I have recently made my oncologist aware of Naydaya if she feels it's worth mentioning to any other ladies about the estrogen free products.
When my order had gotten lost, I panicked 'cos these flushes are like one every half hour, without the menopause capsules they would be relentless!
