I had a client not pay a $6000 invoice despite multiple chases after the work had been executed.
I brought in Nauti Disputes to see if they could recover it on my behalf, and they were clear, friendly and helpful. They really explained the process to me and how they were going to nudge the client and also were successful in receiving it for me!

I heard of Nauti Disputes after working with their sister company, Nautilus Marketing, in the UK. They've been doing our marketing for some time. We are a B2B firm based in the US and I had seen Tom mention their other company, Nauti Disputes, on Linkedin. We have a few clients who owe us some money from invoices, Tom & Kris reviewed the case and begun the collection progress pretty much straight away. I was a little dubious as I know what American companies can be like. It must have been the English charm as these guys managed to secure monies owed from a debtor we had not heard from in over 6 months. I will certainly be using them again and I highly recommend them.
