Disappointing experience. The agreement was for certain number of closures, but only below 50 percent were completed. The team later declined to close the remaining positions, stating that the subscription had been utilized due to working on additional roles.
This approach shifts focus from agreed outcomes to internal effort, which is not aligned with business expectations.
Would strongly advise future clients to document deliverables very clearly.

Totally biased. Whoever post job. The naukri gulf team mark any "nationality can apply" to only "Indians can apply" same job is posted among other portals with given option any nationality can apply...... If there is any disagreement with my review currently check any job in Dubai with any experience on naukri gulf application and filter it with nationalities wise you will see the difference of jobs available for other nationality as compared to Indians only.... Search for any specific job on other portals and then compare on naukri gulf same company data other portal will allow any country nationality to apply but naukri gulf will show it eligible candidate Indian nationality.

Do not take their services, total scam. They will promise making CV and all things when the starting then they will ask for huge money the give discounts. Once you paid for 6 months or something then they will start asking for 290 dollars for just to update your CV 🙂.

I registered on Gulf-Hiring.com after…
I registered on Gulf-Hiring.com after receiving a call from one of their representatives, Syed Ibrahim. He assured me that they would help me find job opportunities and that the USD 472 service fee I paid on 18 August 2025 would be fully refundable if I decided to stop their services or if they failed to provide relevant job opportunities.
However, no companies contacted me, When I informed them that I no longer wished to continue and requested my refund, I received no response at all.
Their own terms clearly state:
- The service fee is refundable if they fail to provide relevant job opportunities.
- Weekly job opportunities will be shared for up to 180 days.
None of this was fulfilled.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication. I am still waiting for my refund and for them to honor their own refund policy.

Naukrigulf subscription
Sometimes it feels like this could be a fraudulent company. I followed up several times regarding the CV Spotlight subscription, and based on their communication I subscribed to the plan. However, after the payment, the executive and their common email addresses are not responding. I have sent several emails but unfortunately received no reply.
I also called the Dubai contact number. I mentioned the executive’s name and said the matter would be forwarded to their team leader, but the situation remains the same.
I would advise others to think twice before accepting their services.

It is a nightmare. They don't care at all about any data protection of personnel data. You can unsubscribe sevel times, delete your profiles, tell them to delete your contact data - nothing happen. They keep contacting you and try to make money. Don't trust them at all!!!!!

Really it is only a platform for a collection of registration payment only, I could not feel any other benefits or positive things after registration, I have paid for resume service also, they deliver a resume without a proper basic knowledge and grammar mistakes. They offer a ATS friendly document and the delivered resume getting 65% of marks in any online ATS checker sites, while my old resume getting 85% of marks in the same checker. Really i will not recommend to anyone, Don't be attract on their initial call for registration, nothing will get from them

Very poor customer service! They barge you with calls to pay for the premium service. Once it’s done you don’t hear from them anymore. Really really poor service. Even the premium service I paid for has not been activated! Just a waste of money!

Poor Experience with Naukarigulf Paid Service
I purchased the Naukarigulf (UAE Naukari) paid service on November 4, 2025, and till now I have not received a single interview call. The service has been extremely disappointing, and I feel it did not deliver on any of the promises made at the time of purchase.
Their UAE customer care support has also been unhelpful and did not provide any proper guidance or solutions. Overall, a very bad experience, and I do not recommend this paid service to anyone.

Unacceptable Service Failure
Never take the service from this ...xxit. They just want money and then no response. I took premium service but they did not update my profile deliberately and they are no more interested in doing so.
Update on the next day: After this post, I got a call and team took a swift action.

I have taken one of the plans offered by the company- Premium Services. On the day of the payment she was responsive. But from that day, niether she called me once, neither connected with me through any mode, niether replaying on emails.

Waste of Money
Do NOT pay for Naukri’s Resume Maker or Resume Spotlight!
I strongly advise against using Naukri’s paid services. My experience was extremely disappointing:
Standard CV only: The resume they created followed a generic structure with no meaningful content improvements.
No ATS optimization: The version I received lacked key terms for ATS compatibility. I had to research and provide keywords myself.
Inconvenient timing: Service hours are 10 AM – 5 PM IST, which doesn’t work for UAE or other international time zones. Their callback service was unusable.
Unprofessional communication: The team spoke as if the service was free, despite me paying for it.
Due to these drawbacks, I have requested a refund for the Resume Spotlight service, which was scheduled to start after CV finalization, and I am currently waiting for their response.
Overall, the service felt ineffective, overpriced, and not worth the money. Save your time and money—look elsewhere!
