Hi Jaclyn,
We're sorry to here that Australia Post delievered your package to the wrong address.
This seems like a bit of bad luck from the Australia Post delivery driver who took your Australia Post package to the wrong address using the Australia Post network.
We hope you can see that we don't own Australia Post but have to use Australia Post for our deliveries like most other online stores.
Please be sure to contact Australia Post on any of their Australia Post official channels to complain about the Australia Post service to your house.
