I ordered multiple bags of cacao online and when the parcel arrived one bag had split, there was cacao all over the inside of the parcel.
I emailed the company with photos and received excellent customer service from Rose, to the point that when I forgot to get back to her query regarding whether I would prefer a refund or replacement product Rose followed up to check in for my preference. I was refunded without delay. Much appreciated.

Nothing but good products from this brand, I have been purchasing products since 2024, specifically their Matcha latte and Cacao powder. Every di gke time, brilliant products and great offers. Love this brand.

I normally buy their Cacao powder from my local supermarket and have been happy with that product. Recently, they sent me a mailshot offering their Brainbox am elevate at half price so went for it. Bought three packets of it to avoid the carriage cost. They arrived yesterday, September 19th 2025. The BBE date on the packets were Oct 2025. I won't be buying goods online again from this company, even though they've sent me another discount code to use.

I had a bad experience with their product 'Gut Feel' flax seed blend, Mixed Berry. I popped into the smoothie and let the powder do its thing. But after 10-15 minutes, I noticed some intense itching on my hands and ankles, it was actually very painful,and I was scratching the skin off that I called my GP. So I stopped using it and the itching stopped too. Unsure which ingredient in the powder it was but I won't buy it again.

I ordered over £25 worth of Naturya products almost a month ago. I received a notification of deliery, however I did not receieve the items. I've now emailed three times and receieved no response or follow up regarding this, nor any refund.

I actually love the taste of texture of their supergreens shake. People moaning about the oats could blend it, it’s not that difficult. My only qualm is that the bags are very little for a product that is supposed to be consumed daily. Between weekly ordering and delivery fees because the pouches are so small I don’t think this product is going to be something I can continue with

I would give this company 0 star if i could ive orderd somthing yes its not been months but 28 pound worth paxkage and its so hustle to sort it i know its not there fault its the courier but this not my problem to sorted ive complained the firstday and its still there they say its there sorry

Placed an order on the 17th January, first they sent the wrong item. Supposedly its replacement that I had request was damaged on route. However I can't say for sure It was posted as I wasn't sent the tracking information. I reached out again and the correct item was sent and I received my order on 4th of Feb. Never again will I make a purchase of any product from this brand! 2 emails and a phone call to a the is too much for me to ever consider giving this business a penny again which is a shame, but I had to work to hard and pay for the misfortune.

Placed my first order a few days ago and received my order today. My order was processed quickly and was able to be tracked via DPD. I'm very pleased with my items and will be ordering more soon :)

Received order with half of items incorrect. Two emails and a phone message all ignored. How ridiculous. Stuff is vastly overpriced anyway for what you get - don't know what I was thinking. I won't be placing any more orders.
