Caught in the Christmas Rush

Order never arrived and when queried was told it had been signed for. By myself at first and then by a neighbour and still chasing this up. Pretty poor given it was for a Xmas present.

Bad customer service
Bought a product I want happy with (bad and misleading packaging) and this company were not interested. They wouldn’t deal with my problem and sent what sounded like automated answers to get rid of me. Clearly no interest in their customers, just making money.
