I bought a wildlife camera from Naturespy in Dec 2018, which recently developed a fault. I sent an email detailing the fault, and received a reply within one minute! I returned the camera for repair/replacement and this morning received a new camera.
If you're buying a Wildlife Camera, look no further than Naturespy!

Service as it should be.
Having had a trail camera for some years and having not been happy with the results my wife was getting very frustrated so I trolled the net and found theses guys.
I called and explained the issues and they explained exactly what was wrong with the trail camera and why it was happening, they also explained how to cure it.
I followed their advise and the results were much better, but not as good as we would have liked so I called back and bought 2 Browning Recon Force Advantage cameras.
We’ve now lived with these for 6 weeks, the last 2 at our holiday home in the highlands, the difference between these and the previous camera is unbelievable (especially when the previous camera cost more)
We had an issue with one of the Brownings, but NatureSpy fixed it with no quibble and no stress.

Absolutely Fantastic customer service. Ordered online, immediate email advising an improvement at no additional cost. Telephone advice, immediate dispatch and arrived early next day.

Practical & very helpful advice from staff (James) that actually use trail cameras 'in the field'.
Very competitive prices and a tracking service for delivery that is easily the best I have used.

Ordered a browning trail camera from these guys and needed it in a hurry. Contacted customer service and they were awesome. Had the camera in no time. Camera also great. Hugely recommend dealing with NatureSpy

I bought a Browning Trail camera from them in Feb 2018 to get photos and videos of wildlife in the garden. I got some great footage of foxes, hedgehogs, cats and squirrels.

Sadly, the camera died last week. I contacted NatureSpy who asked me to return it for repair or replacement. I did so, and three days later, got a brand new camera in the post. Excellent service.

Naturespy is definitely the best place to go for trail cams. I have been buying cams from them for years and they always provide a fast, efficient service and quality product. They are great at helping you understand the cameras as they can be tricky to get the hang of for beginners, or giving tips for getting the best triggers and pics. They were very patient with me at the start and will always come back to them for my cams. They have excellent customer service and after sales too. Not enough stars on here as they deserve millions :).

I was looking for a trail camera for my daughter as a present and to be honest had very little idea on what I was looking for (as I couldn't ask her). NatureSpy had been recommended by a colleague so I took a look at their website. It looked good, but I was still unsure what make and model to go for. I'm so glad I reached out to ask for advice as it was quick, extremely informative and has helped me make a great choice. I must commend James who is just great. Honestly, don't bother looking at another supplier as with NatureSpy you'll great deal, support their work and get great customer service.

What a fantastic company to deal with. I have purchased 4 cameras from them following consultation by the phone and the advice they gave me. They have also been instrumental in the actual choice and supply of accessories and spares. Certainly James who I have dealt with has always been polite , Knowledgeable and very helpful; I have no doubt that if and when I need any more help or new equipment these will be my first call.

Wow! What brilliant service. Can I award SIX stars? I ordered Wednesday at 12.45pm & the trailcam arrived Thursday morning at 10.30. Must be the best online order I've ever placed. They are cheaper than Amazon (& give better delivery) plus, for the trail camera, they include a good quality (Integral 16GB class 10) memory card in the price (I use Integral cards in all my devices so am impressed by their choice).

First class service from this company regarding purchase of a Wildlife HD Cam. Extremely competitive pricing for both the camera AND optional extras such as SD card (which has fast write speed – good quality). I was kept up to date with order progress and questions were answered quickly and very efficiently. They even contacted Bushnell on my behalf regarding further spare parts – great service.

Contacted NatureSpy with a faulty product an cannot fault the customer service in providing a polite and efficient very speedy solution! Would recommend!

I have had for two weeks a Bushnell Trophy Cam HD, purchased from Naturespy. The order arrived quickly and in good working condition, I recieved a helpfull and polite reponse to my phone query. The product has exceeded my expectations with good quality stills both night and day, the vidio clips are of the same quality. I would recommend both Naturespy and this product.

Without a doubt Naturespy provided me with the best customer service I have ever experienced. I cannot thank them enough for their care and support and their knowledge of the products they sell is second to none.

I bought a camera trap from them in order to record night time seizures, (unusual I know). I required a very fast trigger speed, reasonable audio and long night video recording times. Unfortunately the trigger speed was a little slow on the Bushnell that I first chose by myself so Nature spy sent me three cameras in total to try out over a period of a week in order to ascertain which would be the best for my needs. They offered a wealth of knowledge and advice and the camera they suggested was indeed the perfect fit.

In addition to this they did not charge me for the extra postage or the cost of the upgrade.

I understand that all profits made by Naturespy are used to fund their environmental projects, what could possibly be better!
