Nature's Fix has excellent customer service! I used to have to buy several products I need from a European company with heavy shipping costs, because I couldn't get all the products in the UK. However, Nature's Fix offered to stock the item I couldn't get here so now I can get all the products together from one UK company without the shipping costs. In addition, Nature's Fix offers a discount for having an account. Thank you Liam from the Customer Service team for all your help :)

I still have not received my order after 25 days. So very disappointed.

This order was received within 16 working days travelling from UK-Canada via post. We do offer expedited courier services for future, typically around 3-4 working days.

I've nothing but praise for Nature's Fix! The company is the only UK distributor I know of for several US health products. They offer free helpful professional consults, during one of which we agreed to the ProBoost protocol I'm now undertaking with seeming success. The staff keep me informed of any add'l supplements they think may aid my unique diagnosis, as well as their current offers. Great experience indeed!
