Die bestellte und zum voraus bezahlte Ware kam bei mir leider nie an! Ich wurde sogar aufgefordert, den Betrag nochmals auf ein anderes Konto einzuzahlen, angeblich könnten sie dann die Ware Zollfrei verschicken.....und ich bekäme dann einen Rückzahlung! Natürlich war dem nie so. Ich muss leider definitiv annehmen, dass es sich hier um eine Betrug handelt. Sehr schade.
I did not receive my order. I kept emailing them - their reply was - your order is on it's way. I asked for tracking details, no reply. They have a WhatsApp number, and I thought ah great, that's promising. The same reply - your order will be delivered. And no reply when I asked for tracking details.
It's a shame because I loved the concept of storage bags in natural fibers, I was so happy to receive them! I thought scammers can be expected in other type products. But natural fibers-we love nature etc?.....Really? Very surprised. Ph well. Writing it here so at least someone else doesn't scammed by them.
Shame on you naturasac people.
