I love Natura Market; they have SO many gluten-free, low glycemic, keto, and vegetarian food and treats, they ship quickly and pack things well, and it's the only place I can get many of my favorite treats. They also stock some supplements. I have ordered from them for years, and they have always delivered good products quickly that can be hard to find elsewhere.

So many options for specific diets. Orders are always packed carefully and arrive quickly. This is my go to spot for ordering. Customer service is excellent as well. Highly recommend Natura Market.

Natura Market offers a great selection of products that are difficult to find in my area. I always love to see products that used to be only available in the U.S. available through their site. Shipping is consistently fast, and both refrigerated and frozen items are always packed with care, always cold and secure. Highly recommend.

I would be remiss not to give huge accolades to Natura Market for their outstanding, polite, caring and helpful customer care. Emails and/or telephone messages are responded to with immediacy and every effort is taken to assist you with any issue and/or question you may have. As well, huge thanks to those who go above and beyond to package orders incredibly secure to ensure products arrive in pristine condition. Processing and delivery times are also very fast.

Natura Market is my go-to for ALL my dairy-free, grain-free, gluten-free, sugar-free products. Their huge assortment of products for any and every diet is available at extremely competitive pricing. There are also a plethora of Canadian made products which we all know is extremely important to support. In addition, Canadian products are beautifully made and very health conscious. New amazing products are added to Natura what seems like daily.

I make at least 3-4 orders per month. My new absolute favourite is Lesser Evil Popcorn (I'm not supposed to eat grains but I have absolutely no issues with Lesser Evil Popcorn). I can't live without my Konjac Rice and I love the sugar-free Lily's Premium Dark Baking Chocolate Chips (I eat them by the tbsp. just on their own), the Quest Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups are deeeelicious and 1 teensy-weensy carb for 2 cups-YAYYY), another favourite is ZoRaw Chocolate (52 gram bar with a miniscule 3 net carbs of sumptuous, creamy chocolate), Sana Chocolates delish, love Chosen Food Products and much, much more.

Everything you need is at Natura Market and is always fresh with excellent expiry dates (far beyond the purchase time).

Natura Market far surpasses any other online and/or brick and mortar shop in the marketplace. Luvvvvvvvv my Natura Market!!

I have been dealing with Natura Market for a few years.
I have generally had good experiences here.
They carry great products.
I receive my orders fairly quickly.

Love that I can buy my vegetarian groceries here. The products they offer also have natural, low to no processed ingredients. All frozen products gets properly packaged with dry ice. They also add a safety warning sign the moment you open the sealed insulated bag, so you always know how to safe handle the dry ice. They also wrap a cold pouch around any chocolate products so that the product keeps its' integrity until you open your order. Another great feature is that, every time you try a product, for the FIRST TIME, from Natura Market, they send an email inviting you to leave a review of that product. Once they check your review, they'll issue $1 Natura Cash for every verified review (terms and conditions apply). Yes, it is expensive considering the current economy, but if you have special dietary requirements, then Natura Market is a great place to do your grocery shopping.

I like the healthy choices available at NaturaMarket & they have great customer service. Orders are always delivered fast & I've never had any issues with anything I've ordered & I've been a customer for a few years. I highly recommend NaturaMarket!

I have purchased Coconut Cult from Natura Market many times, usually ordering three jars at a time at $28.99 each. All three jars are stored together in the same location in my refrigerator.

One jar from my most recent order was hard and crumbly instead of its usual creamy texture, even though it was well within the expiration date.

Customer service told me my refrigerator was too cold. That explanation doesn’t make sense. If the temperature were the issue, all three jars stored side by side should have been affected, not just one.

A quality issue can happen, but dismissing a loyal customer’s concern with an explanation that doesn’t fit the facts was disappointing.

Very disappointing experience. I was super excited to try their snacks . Customer service was really hard to get ahold of , and my concerns were repeatedly ignored, including feedback .I also received an olive pack that was bloated and discoloured compared to the other pack I ordered. Even with photos showing the difference I was asked to open the package to provide more proof which I was not comfortable doing due to not wanting spoiled food smell and or bacteria. They went on to claim it was totally safe .
Irregardless they have no accountability or willingness to acknowledge any issues or even wanna make things right .

This used to be a great company with great customer service until recently when it changed ownership. Now you can expect damaged items, close to expired items, and thawed products that you won’t get any reimbursement for. When I reached out to customer service, they only offered a $10 credit to replace the $70 package that came severely damaged. The products inside were so squished, the chips and popcorn bags were popped open. Save your money and shop elsewhere! Like well.ca - their customer service is amazing.

This is my first time purchasing at NaturaMarket, and I am very impressed at the choices, prices and service. I will be for sure a return customer!!!
