I really enjoyed the phone conversation…
I really enjoyed the phone conversation after receiving my test results. I have a unique allergy that is frequently included in many supplement products, including several that were suggested to me based on my test results. My consultant and I problem-solved to find the most effective and safe products for my needs.
I am only disappointed that I never received the 10% coupon code that was supposed to arrive in my email following my consultation but I will admit that I didn't reach out to customer service due to my busy schedule.

Experience has been great except for…shipping rate.
Experience has been great except for one thing. Your shipping rate is way too high. Need to find a way to decrease the shipping rate.
