Absolutely love our mattresses! We bought a superking and a king and we are very satisfied with them. We like a firm mattress and this is just perfect. Soft but firm. I'd highly recommend them. Worth every penny.

This mattress very obviously is a labour of love, the result of a passion for natural materials, old fashioned sustainability and quality. I think it is a unique product in Ireland today and I am delighted I found you! I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivity so I react to the chemicals in foams, fire retardants and glues in standard mattresses. This mattress did not release any VOC's and did not smell at all, I could sleep on it immediately. It is great for the air quality in our bedroom and my health! I got the Organic Mattress with one softer and one firmer side and sleep on the soft side. It is an extremely comfortable mattress and my spine (long history of pain) is super happy. But I also have other medical conditions including poor circulation and chronic pain and I have to spend more time in bed than most people out of necessity. I feel that to optimize my bed experience and minimize suffering on pressure points, I would need an additional soft latex topper with more of a sink-in feel for example cradling my bum when sitting in bed and cradling my heels to prevent pressure sores. Medical grade dynamic air mattresses I can not tolerate because of the synthetic materials, the noise and the vibrations. Can you pretty please do a natural latex topper to go on top of this that has maximum softness and squishiness and the same lovely outer fabric as your Organic Mattress? I think many people who are old, disabled or with health conditions like me would really appreciate that! These people might not be mobile enough to get to your showroom, like me, but I found the order and delivery process super smooth and there is of course the 100 day trial, in the unlikely event that a customer would be unhappy. I read that you plan to offer your mattresses at standard retailers in Ireland at some stage. My feeling is that this would be a bad idea, probably leading to higher prices as the retailers get a percentage. Also, for many people with chemical sensitivities it is essential that your mattresses not be contaminated by conventional chemical mattresses. The chemicals in them can go through plastic packaging. My only wish? That eveybody on the planet could afford a mattress like this. Imagine the effect on people's sleep and the planet! Thank you for what you do from the bottom of my heart and mattress. Ordering process was easy, reasonable price for good quality mattress. Customer service very friendly and mattress was ready and delivered sooner than estimated time.
Latex mattress is a huge improvement over the spring+ memory foam topper it replaced. Firm enough for good support with right amount of give for comfort.

I recently bought the Hybrid organic mattress from this company and I cannot praise them enough. They were knowledgeable, professional and delivery from Limerick to Dublin was seamless and really efficient. I went to the showroom in Limerick to try their full range of organic mattresses and it was definitely worth the effort to see the whole range and to meet the team. It is wonderful to know there is a company in Limerick making organic mattresses. Since getting this mattress my sleep has 100% improved and I would have no hesitancy recommending them to anyone. All perfect: delivery, quality of the mattress and comfort.

A few hiccups,wrong mattress delivered but you couldn’t fault the customer support they were so helpful.I have yet to deal with a company that has shown outstanding customer support as Natural Sleep did.Hats off to the delivery guy who got the mattress upstairs like a Scottish caber champion. We would have no problem recommending them also the mattress is extremely comfortable and supportive Thank god I’m retired I don’t have to leave it early in the morning 👍

We bought a four foot adjustable bad for my 89 year old mother in March 2025
Excellent lady at initial call and excellent staff in the showroom.
The bed was really easy to use ,had two height options and delivery was exactly when they said.

Fitted sheets for four food beds are available in a range of colours from Next,can be ordered on line.
If there is a health need ,you may reclaim VAT,this can take up to three months to receive back.
My mother didn't get to enjoy her bed for very long,just three months,but it improved her quality of life and our ability to care for her immeasurably in the time and was a brilliant buy.

It was essential for us to find a safe sleep solution, as we co-sleep with our son.

We found Natural Sleep after having a not very good experience with another well known and cheap brand that gave us a couple of styles of mattress but with very strong chemical smells that caused us physical reactions and of course, we had to return them. Researching local brands, we came across Natural Sleep and have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product, we have rested very well, the delivery arrived on time and gave us a very good service, plus the natural materials make us feel comfortable with the product we have purchased.

We purchased the Spinal Support Mattress and I realise now that I didn't spend enough time researching mattresses; I am waking up with lower back pain every day, and it's affecting me pretty badly. The mattresses itself is wonderful and beautifully crafted, but it's definitely too too firm for me. The salesman in our local independent shop didn't offer much advice, so we just picked one based on a quick first impression. I think I need to consider selling this one and trying another, but I don't know which one.

Initial phone contact was very friendly and helpful. We visited the factory showroom and were very impressed by the reception we received, the products on display and the information about the mattresses. We ordered the organic mattress online ( a very simple process). Delivery was friendly and efficient. The 100 night trial was very reassuring but we won't be returning it. We are very happy with our comfy mattress and would highly recommend it. Thanks again to all at Natural Sleep - a wonderful Irish family business.

Bought the hybrid double. It’s so comfy. And it smells a bit like wool up close when you take it out first. Counting down the hours til bed time. They were great with delivery and really a high-end family run company. I’m delighted! So so glad to have made this investment in my sleep quality and to support a local organic company.

After 20 years sleeping on a futon (!) I decided to upgrade but wanted a really superb quality mattress. I found the Natural Sleep Company and chose their hybrid mattress. I spoke to them on the phone and they were super helpful. Delivery was a breeze (though make sure the guys open the packaging and have the mattress laid out in place as I couldn't have managed that on my own with a King size - too heavy). I'm loving the mattress - it's like sleeping on a cloud.

I'm super fussy, and have extremely high expectations. This mattress was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!!!! I'm in love with my bed. X

You can tell it’s natural no chemical smell at all only the smell of natural wool!

I choose my hybrid double matress as it can be turned. I wanted an organic matress to eliminate as many chemicals as possible.
It was delivered but by one guy and my friend had to ask him to take it upstairs and she carried half of it as she knew I couldn't do it by myself later. I paid to have my old matress taken away too.
It was easy to unwrap and was full size straight away, eliminating the need for a lot of packaging, so eco friendly too from that perspective.
It is super quiet and like sleeping on a cloud. I'm so happy with this, and I'd would recommend it.

The most comfortable mattress I’ve ever owned. I wanted to buy one without chemicals and fire retardants and was very happy to discover that I could get one made in Ireland. Buying a chemical free mattress is like investing in your health!

I ordered the Essential mattress and am very happy with it. Delivery was very accommodating as I kept having to push it back and it was never an issue. The mattress is super comfortable, delighted with the all natural materials - really helps regulate my temperature at night. It is on the soft side but I find this very comfortable as a side sleeper.
