The Natural Rug Company Recensioni

I appreciate the quick response and helpfulness of the from people in the Natural Rug Company. Promises were kept and I received updates on the progress with my rugs. They arrived today and yes, they are a perfect fit, lovely to walk on and gives my home the natural look I was after. Next time I need a new rug I shall order from this company again.

I loved the rug I bought, but the Customer Service was also excellent: I was contacted very promptly to say that their courier had unusually let them down and they would be re-sending my item. There was also a follow up to ensure I had received it.

We ordered a sample and then had some questions regarding it, I called and was able to speak to a really helpful person who assisted me with the order. I was kept updated about delivery times and the rug is now sitting very nicely in our snug. We are a multiple dog household and this is super easy to keep clean. Would definitely order again.

Really beautiful rug for our hall
Quality and great vfm

This company is superb. We received professional service and advice. Feedback and customer service was prompt and thorough. We bought a coir mat, quick delivery and high quality material, highly recommend them! Thank you

Ordered a sample of seagrass on 24 Aug and by 2 Sept, still nothing received. Chased by phone and the young man explained they'd had problems obtaining samples?? That said, he was very helpful and polite and assured me the sample would be despatched today (2 Sept). Worried if we proceed with ordering, we won't get prompt/efficient service based on our experience so far. Reassurance required plus better communication overall.

I had such a great experience with The Natural Rug from start to finish. Their customer service was excellent, they followed up throughout the process without ever being pushy, but just enough to help me get everything finalised and place the order for my custom-made rugs.

I absolutely love the finished rugs. The quality is amazing, they look really durable and made to last, and the colours are beautiful and classic, the kind of rugs I feel I could have forever.

I’m so pleased with them and will definitely be ordering from The Natural Rug again!

Very nice good quality well made rug. Jensen was very helpful, phoning to explain colours of borders. My order was processed within two weeks and delivered to the exact safe place I instructed. Thankyou. Would recommend.

Great samples allowed the perfect choice to be made. Estimated timescales for delivery were 3 -4 weeks but came in 2. Easy to order online and good delivery tracking. Good overall experience. Rug is exceptional quality. Delighted

Absolutely beautiful sheepskin rugs!!! Great website & amazing quick delivery! Will definitely be back & would heartily recommend! Perfect from start to finish🙏

Absolutely faultless experience from start to finish! We were sent numerous samples by next-day delivery, which made choosing the perfect rug so much easier. Once we placed our order, the communication was excellent, with lots of friendly emails confirming everything and clearly explaining the expected timeframe for making the rug.

We were really impressed that the rug was actually made and delivered well within the estimated timeframe. It arrived promptly, and we are absolutely delighted with it — it’s beautiful!

A fantastic company with excellent customer service. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them 💫

Easy to order. Good communication. Just over two weeks from order to delivery. Once notified of readiness to ship, our rug arrived next day.
Product looks consistent with the samples received. I am writing this on the day the rug arrived so cannot comment on durability.

Excellent product, prompt delivery.

The rug that I ordered is of a really beautiful quality, thick, soft and just as expected. Ordering was easy, after receiving samples of both the wool and the bindings and i was kept updated about progress in the making and each step of delivery. A great service and great product. I would def recommend.

Samples sent out super fast. Very good quality

Bought three rugs from here in the past- all perfect- went to replace one - first attempt came with corners which were badly finished; this was replaced with us having to return- an hours round trip to their selected drop off point. The replacement was larger than requested but it does have a small text disclaimer saying that it can be within 1cm. Two corners poorly finished again so it doesn’t fit - offered 50 per cent off us paying for a new one. There was no mention anywhere we could see that our chosen rug was unsuitable for a recessed area. The others were fine. I know it’s hand made- that’s why we chose the rugs but really disappointed.

A good quality product as described, quick delivery

Great website easy to use and wide range of options. Good communication once I ordered keeping me informed of the progress. Well packaged for protection and looks fantastic in place. We’ll be placing another order very soon. Really pleased and would recommend. Great service all the way through the process thank you.
