Stop!!! If you are purchasing this for asthma or allergies, buy from a different company!!!! Please save yourself the trouble. Take it from a mom that purchased the IQ Air Health Pro Plus because of our daughter that suffers from asthma & allergies. Purchased a $899.00 air purifier. Over $900 after total. We received it on the 6th or 7th damaged. We called in on the 7th or 8th to report it and expected to speak to someone about it. We were told a customer service representing would call us back that day. We didn’t get a call that day or even days later, even after us calling back several times. Every time we tried we was immediately told someone else would call us back to speak to us about it. Then 4 days later, after failed attempts to talk to ANYONE about the machine being delivered damaged, we received an email requesting pictures. That’s it! Didn’t get to speak to anyone. How did they even know what was really going on without talking to us. Didn’t get to ask questions about the process, nothing. But we went ahead and sent in a couple of pics as requested (and a description of the damage although they did not ask for it- but considering we hadn’t even spoke to anyone about it I thought a description of the damage or our issue was needed.) We also asked a few questions and sent our concerns. We were hoping to get our questions answered that way since we were having no luck by phone. The next day we received another email requesting more pics, but with not one of our questions answered or our concerns addressed. We were like, wait. No one is speaking to us or answering any questions. And no one has called us back for days. Yet, you are emailing with “send us pics” without any explanation or info at all? We payed over $900 for a machine that we can’t even use, yet they can’t answer our questions, return a call, or explain the return procedure to us? We replied back with more pics and explained that we were unhappy with the service and why. We received an email stating that they had tried calling us. What? No, Sir you didn’t. No calls from you guys at all during any of these days. (Only calls from us where we were told someone else would have to call us back.) Then guess what? They finally called us and left a voice mail. We received an email right after the missed call stating that they had received all the pics and that the issue was being sent to the returns manager and that he or she would contact us. Bevause of that we decided to leave it alone and wait for the returns mgr to call us. Well, that was exactly 7 days ago and we haven’t heard anyhthing from anyone. No phone calls and no emails. Again, this is unacceptable service for a $899 plus product. You guys have your money, but we are sitting here with a machine we can’t use. When we went to our daughter’s allergy specialist yesterday (the one that recommended the machine and this company), we told him about our experience. He also is going to call to complain and to see if he can get something done. They also sent paperwork that the lifetime warranty through IQ Air is only good if filled out and sent in within 30 days from purchase. We are going to hit that deadline before this is handled and therefore not have a lifetime warranty. (Questions we have called in and emailed about that still has not been answered. One person did email back that the old warranty would transfer to the new one, which makes no sense since we didnt fill out the warranty stuff for a broken machine. Unless we were suppose to anyway. Again, more questions that we had that didn’t get answered and that we might know if anyone had ever answered our questions. Was told by phone someone would call back and was told by email someone would contact us about the warranty questions. Again, that was 7 days ago. We want our money back please so that we can purchase from another company. It’s almost two weeks in total now that we have waited on you guys, and we haven’t had not one question answered. We don’t know anything. Are you guys sending a new machine, do we need to send you guys back this one and how, are we getting our money back instead????? What is the return procedure? Nothing!!!

I've been ordering from National Allergy for 20+ years. When supplies were needed for my children I went to them. Now need supplies for my grand child and I go to them. Always polite; Always trustworthy; I highly recommend this company that was first recommended to my by my children's allergist.

I have used National Allergy for years on different occasions. Every time National Allergy has had what I needed and got it to me in a timely manner. Sometimes my order came early but never late.

I've been doing business with National Allergy Supply for 25 years. It's a great company! When I had a problem with a purchase about 15 years ago, they immediately sent a replacement without question. I had it in a day. They have answered my questions easily and politely. The products here are safe for my family and friends. Excellent!

I bought this exact model back in 2003 and have never had any problems. The fan is not annoying and is perfect for white noise to sleep. When we needed another purifier for another room, I was happy Whirlpool still makes this model. National Allergy by far had the best price. I saved $50!

The allergy filters for my registers are such a help with elimination of dust mites and do NOT restrict the air flow in any way. I use them all the time. I also ordered the shampoo/body wash and really like the way it cleans and rinses.
