Terrible customer service.

placed an order on 7/20. No follow up via email..apparently the company was moving..but they tell their customers there would be a delay in filling orders and shipping? No! Not good customer service..I had to follow up multiple times by email and phone to find out what had happened to my order. It finally arrived 8/3. When I used a coupon for a 15% discount..which I gave to the order salesperson over the phone..it was not applied. I had to call them back to have it applied!

I have bought mattress and pillow…

I have bought mattress and pillow protectors from Allergy control Products for years. I ordered a large order 2 weeks ago, and have not heard from them since. I then called ( as I needed the products today) and they said they were being processed. I told them I had never waited this long for their products. They told me they received a lot of orders, then they said they moved and then they said their computers were down. I just told them to cancel my order. They said they would get back to me. In the mean time- I have not heard back and I do not know if my order was cancelled. I said that it would have been nice for them to let me know that they were having all sorts of problems, but even the people I spoke to on the phone did not seem to care. I am an allergist and will remove all their brochures from my offices as I do not trust them and I do not think they are treating their customers well.

Buy With Caution

Very helpful products for allergy sufferers like myself, but very poor customer service. It has been extremely difficult for me to reach the company and to obtain their help resolving issues with my recent order. The company is not responsive to my calls nor do they return phone calls. Although the products are high-quality, the customer service and issue resolution is not.

Got an email from National Allergy

Got an email from National Allergy. I couldn't open it. It did download a Trojan virus on my computer. Have no idea what the message said. The title was payment according to agreement. Still have no idea what is going on.

Unacceptable online shopping experience in 2018.

Well, I don't know where my product is and I can't get through to customer service because they have their after hours people answering phones (even though it is 2:30pm on the East Coast where they are located). I ordered it 11 days ago, received only a confirmation email and never received a shipping notification. 4 days ago I got a weird email to a different email address - still didn't say shipped. Today, I got an invoice asking me to remit money to them to the same different email address. Calling them gets no answers. I've used this company before and never had issues; however, if you are moving offices, your website needs to tell people that there may be delays and customer service personnel need to be available if your system is sending things like invoices out. I've already paid them - my credit card has been charged. This is not how an online business does business in 2018. This service level and time to receive my order is unacceptable. An inability to talk to someone in customer service is completely unacceptable. I have no idea if I will receive my order in time (I need it by August 10th which is literally 3 weeks after I placed the order) or if I will receive it at all.

This order was caught in the transition…

This order was caught in the transition to the new system. I contacted twice for information, everyone was nice, the package arrived today 2 weeks after placing the order. No information that it was coming and no information apart from my calling. This is only feedback. I understand the reason and will order in the future.

Website deceptively inaccurate, nobody cares. I'm gone after 25 years.

I am a long-term customer, having bought several air cleaners and other high ticket items from National Allergy Supply over a period of twenty five years. I won't be going back. Website information is inaccurate and I am afraid, deceptive. There are no return labels when you find out, no effort at all to correct the false information on the site, and no apology for its inaccuracy. Here's what happened:

I recently replaced my old king size mattress and bed frame with a split king, and had to buy new mattress covers. I went to National Allergy, since all my previous experiences there had been positive. I ordered one all-cotton cover, one classic cover, and the cool-silk pillow covers. I wanted a waterproof cover on my bed since I sleep with a hot water bottle, and bought the all-cotton for my husband. The site states that the classic cover, which is waterproof, and I quote, produces "No crinkling or noise while you sleep." Wrong!! The fellow who came to adjust our new bed frames said when he moved the mattress, that it sounded "like a bag of pork rinds." Very accurate description! They should put it on the website. :-) I ordered a second all-cotton cover to replace it, but kept it on the mattress until the new one arrived.

The all-cotton covers I ordered were listed as long twin, 39x80x12. The website shows a picture of a nicely fitting cover on a bed, no slack, no wrinkles, looks like a standard fitted sheet...meaning, it FITS. All I can say is, to get that picture, they would have had to put the 12 inch cover on a 14 inch mattress, and pin up the side away from the camera to smooth out the extra width, because the actual cover measures 42x80x14. But going by both description and picture, I ordered the proper size for my bed--39x80x12. These things were HUGE. And I was going to be putting sheets that FIT over them. Hello, irritating wrinkles under the sheets.

So I ordered REAL 12 inch covers from Mission Allergy, which actually do fit, and I sent the other ones back. I was told by customer service that the false dimensions on National Allergy's website were intended to allow for a bit of extra room so the covers would go on easily.

I pointed out that in that case, the actual dimensions should have been listed regardless, with an explanation for why the covers were cut oversized, and they should have disclosed that they were listing the dimensions of the BED they were intended for, and not the size of the covers themselves. That way the customer could decide how sloppy they wanted them to be. (And the photo also should have shown the thing drooping and hanging down from the side of the mattress, instead of fitting neatly as shown. Very deceptive.) Then if somebody WANTED an extra two or three inches all round, they would have expected that..and if they wanted a proper fit, they could order a smaller size, or just go somewhere else.

I told customer service that under the circumstances, since they sold me 12x80x39 inch covers that were neither 12 nor 39 , I should not have to pay return postage. After all, this wasn't me changing my mind. This was them not delivering what I ordered. Of course I got an argument. and when I said I understood that the person I was speaking with didn't have the authority to override policy, and asked for a supervisor, she said she WAS a supervisor. They always do, don't they? When I said she must report to SOMEBODY, she continued to argue with me why it s okay to list them as 12 inches deep and 39 inches wide when they weren't....and why they shouldn't have to reimburse my postage for their own failure to be honest about what they were selling.

I did finally get her to grudgingly agree to pay postage for ONE of the three items I was returning. Looks like I did better than most here who didn't get that far.

I think a responsible business would want to know if their web page was inaccurate, and would at the very least want to include a warning to customers that the sizes listed were not the real sizes, and that anyone wanting a cover to actually fit would need to order a size or two smaller, instead of ordering based on their bed size, because normally when you list product dimensions, that list is intended to be taken literally..as in, 12 means 12, and not 14. I don't think they intend to deceive...but they are outside industry norms when they list BED size, and pass it off as COVER size...and accompany it with an extremely misleading picture...and that is how the page is laid out.

I think the most irritating part of all this was being told that "It's only eight dollars," meaning, " Whats the big deal?" I can only think, "If it's not a big deal, why not satisfy the customer, keep their future business, and spend the eight dollars yourselves? better yet, why not thank me for pointing out a problem with your website, so you can fix it, and avoid future hassles like this?

What I would have expected is, an explanation, an apology, and a return postage label. AND to see the appropriate corrections on the website. What I got was an argument---and a new supplier for my allergy supplies. I am so far very happy with the product, and the service, from Mission Allergy, and I suggest you go there. Their 12 inch cover? It has a HALF inch extra slack in it, and they told me this up front. The fit? Just perfect, and there is enough flex in it to accommodate my adjustable bedframe.

I have finally found shampoo and…

I have finally found shampoo and conditioner that don't make me itch, flake or otherwise get really frustrated with my eczema, etc. The laundry soap is just as great and the goat's milk moisturizing was the cherry on top, as my face finally doesn't look like a dead, red pizza.

Thanks for making GREAT and reasonably priced products.
Will buy again when time too.
