Damaged product- horrible customer service!
I received a damaged air purifier, which was replced by another damaged unit. After receiving (and returning) 2 damaged units, I have requested a refund and National Allergy refuses to refund me for the shipping I paid! It's inconvenient enough to have to follow the instructions to send back the damaged units, I should no also have to pay out of pocket for their mistakes! There is no way to escalate to a manager, all communication must take place via email which included long delays with half-answered questions. Look elsewhere!
There is better and cheaper out there keep looking
The ones from Walmart actually feel better and the zippers are encased the ones I have from National Allergy have already ripped in the center of the bed...junk not worth the money...very expensive purchase...major regret!

order kept saying pending
order kept saying pending. When I requested info , it took 9 days to hear that they were moving their warehouse. Kept getting the run around in answers...I messaged 1 month later to see if the shipping was going to be better and if the warehouse move was complete...David replied...there are still delays because they have lots to move ....really ?
Wonderful products
Wonderful products! Wish more people would go scent-free. Would really up those of us with chemical sensitivities or asthma. I have both!
Shipping took longer than usual but within stated time frame. Normally very qquick.
False Advertising
Recommended a product that not equal to another product I was going to buy. 2 representatives did this. False advertising. This product was to protect my baby from toxins in the air. They use one agent name online but managed by various people. Don't know who assisted you or if anything they said is accurate.Paid expediated shipping but took over 8 days to arrive.

WORST experience and customer service...stay away!
From my initial online order that was not even PROCESSED for over 9 days to the multiple chats and emails that needed to be sent in order to cancel the order that was never initiated ( 2+ weeks later), to now (Aug 10th)...
I just returned home an hour ago from a week's vacation to find a box of items delivered that I specifically asked multiple times to be cancelled due to the late (more than 2 weeks) processing of the order. We knew we would not be home and had been expecting a delivery over a week prior. It is very lucky that no one took this package from our front step, where it was left. Not only did the two customer service representatives ignore my written requests to cancel (Aug 2nd), they PROCESSED the order Aug 5th and they didn't even honor their email to me offering another discount for all the trouble. Do not make the mistake of ordering or TRYING to order from this company...they are a joke. I still have the items sitting here, a credit card fully charged, and no response except an email sent that says, "resolved." I will be following up with my credit card company to retract payment if I do not get a response ASAP, including a prepaid shipping label to send this order back that was CANCELLED (twice).
Poor custumer service
Poor custumer service. Did not recieve a receipt of purchase from company with order number. They slso never contacted or sent me shipping information.Every time contacted them I recieved an email with a ticket number saying someone wpuld contact me. No one ever did.
Horrible customer service
Ordered iitems to help my daughter with a newly diagnosed dust mite allergy. Paid for expedited shipping. Did not receive products after one week. Spent two days trying to reach a human being to speak to about my order. Was told, via chat, that everyone at company was busy preparing for a warehouse move and they thanked me for my patience. I canceled my order, used another company and received my order the next day.

If I could give you a zero I would. I placed my order online on 7/27. I received confirmation advising that I would get an email notifying me when the order shipped with a tracking number. On 8/5 I asked for an update as your website showed my order as "pending." I received a response advising that my order has been filled but the website still showed it pending. On 8/9 I received notice that my order had shipped and should arrive on 8/13. I also received an email saying my case was closed and a second one right after that saying my case was reassigned. On 8/11 my order arrived. The item was in good condition and I have no problem with it. I am just frustrated that the information on your website and in your emails seemed contradictory so this was a frustrating experience.

I use to order your product a lot last year and never had a problem. Started ordering this year and had nothing but problems. Can't log in, can't talk to person when you call, you have to wait for call back. No way to check your order status, and it takes a week or more to receive your order.
