Great customer experience thank you to Helen and the Hiredesk team, short notice, 2x 8yd skips in quick succession, amazing delivery and collection and communication, from start to finish, all within 3 days.

I have worked with WowNow for the last year and the customer service levels are unparrelled. Clare Boka and Jess Barfoot have been exceptional when reacting to requests, dealing with issues and the communication is prompt - great to work with such an accountable business.

Customer service is were many companies fall down these days! Not so with WOWNOW from start to finish they are on the ball, calling them was no hassle, I didn’t have to wait forever on the phone to speak to my Hiredesk Controller, who organised everything for me even when we had to extend our hire, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend WowNow to anyone. 👍
