Only thing to note when I submitted a note on cut to measure online it didn’t seem to go through, but when I called the staff were great and made sure it was on my order.

Huge delay in the materials getting to site.
recieved an email around a week after placing an order to say material would be delivered on the following Friday, no show.
phoned them multiple times only to get what seemed to be a scripted answer that only the director can answer questions, false promises of returned calls from every person that works there. in the end we told them as far as we're concerned this is a scam company- take the money then deliver nothing
website says next day delivery, after multiple complaints got the gear 9 weeks later.
can confirm though, the materials are of good quality. All in all a very bad company to deal with, false promises/ nobody can answer questions and they never- ever call back.
my advice- get your gear elsewhere, save a headache

Lack of communication about the delivery timescale and still 5 weeks on and not received my order. When I finally got through to the correct person on the phone they stated it will be out this week for the last 3 weeks. When contacted on 3 separate occasions a new excuse has been given.

Delivered with care fences are of excellent quality would use again .

Ordered 5 weeks ago, no communication. Have had to continuously chase them. Told someone will call back and they never do. Took 1000s of pounds and not even an apology.
Dont order if you actually want what you pay for because in our experienceyou wont recieve your goods and they ghost you.

Slow in confirming a delivery date.
When delivered, the driver was very helpful an d carried the panels into my garden.

Had a fair few issues to be fair with my order not being in stock then part not delivered so ended up 2 weeks late! However I have to say they were brilliant and went above to sort it all out. Delivery charge was refunded and the staff were so helpful and polite. I chose them based on price not Delivery so all on all id use them again 100%

Wouldn't give it a one star if there was an option. This company is shocking. We have been waiting 3 weeks for our fencing etc. First they said it'll be delivered in 5 days so my partner took time off work to wait in... heard nothing so he rang them to be told they aren't delivering till the following Thursday (a week later) we gave them the benefit of the doubt since theyre in Liverpool and we're in Rotherham. So my partner booked Thursday off.. heard nothing.. had to ring them again and then to be told "oh no we will be delivering next Wednesday as we have a delivery in Rotherham next Wednesday" obviously then we were getting frustrated but gave them yet another chance. So partner took that Wednesday off (today) and rang them to make sure they were coming. Their next excuse was they didnt have enough delivery drivers so won't be today but can deliver tomorrow.. absolute joke! Weve requested a refund! Storm dave ripped our fence down and for 3 weeks my 2 little girls haven't been able to play in the back garden as next door have a German Shepherd and I dont really want my kids running around their garden. Not only that but my partner has lost 3 days pay from work because of this company. And dont even get me started with the lack of communication. Didn't even get in touch with us no email nothing.. didn't say it was delayed..it took my partner to ring them up for us to get some answers! Never will I go here again and ill be telling everyone I know to avoid too!

Ordered five 6x4 feather edge fence panels in March 26. Finding what I was looking for and ordering was easy on the website Fence panels arrived in perfect condition and are great quality (exactly as pictured). Timely shipping updates were provided and panels were delivered on the date specified.

Very reliable company. Good quality wood and great price. Friendly staff. Would definitely use again.

I don’t think o would give you one star but no star was not on the menu . Ordered 5 double sided 6x6 panels . £87 for delivery 🚚 !!! They sent one guy who could not lift them as they were loaded on with a forklift and he couldn’t get them off by himself . I was at work so had to call my plumber who was working at my house to help him . If I hadn’t the driver said he couldn’t get them only dump them of my front grass not even up against my wall as too heavy to drag . When I phoned to complain I got a guy who told me that’s just the way they deliver and rely on the customers help . He was rude and I ended up ending the conversation . I need another panel but decided won’t go back to this coming again
