Frame quality 😟
Given the price I paid - nearly £100 - I was rather disappointed in the quality of the 2 frames…look quite ‘plasticky’. For that price I was expecting real wood

Delivery by Evri
After a harrowing episode of discovering ‘EVRI’ are an incompetent delivery company, Ian (Southport?) not only sent me a replacement but came to a most gentlemanly compensation agreement.
PS: I assume not everyone at Evri is incompetent but it feels like it. 3 weeks now……nothing.

Thank you for making us aware that you have not yet received your international delivery. Hopefully, you received your parcel tracking number on dispatch (I know sometimes that it can sometimes end up in email junk folders). I can see from the tracking that your order has arrived in Canada and it is waiting on Customs processing.
Now that the Customs and Postal teams are fully back at work following any New Year holiday period, I am hopeful that it will be with you shortly. I will keep an eye on your parcel and I will be in touch by email separately. If any parcel is deemed lost, I will arrange a refund or replacement, no problem.
